房間比較小，很乾凈，熱水很好，室內用品不齊全。比較安靜，室外有游泳池，用餐距離酒店不遠處。總的體驗，性價比一般

這是來桂林出遊唯一感到滿意，而且是最滿意的房間。謝謝老闆讓我住上了別墅，的確是一家別墅酒店，太讚了！
整體裝修風格灰色調，自帶高級感，房間設施設備齊全，當時在網上預訂時，看到説是今年新裝修的，的確是很新，很時尚，配備全新薄屏數字電視，裝修風格是我喜歡的偏歐式，復古枱燈，復古吊燈，嵌入式衣櫃特別漂亮，連牀頭櫃都特別簡約乾淨好看，茶几沙發很休閑，時尚，配備新空調，灰色窗簾+白紗雙層簾 簡約時尚，高級有品！
廁所沒有異味，洗手液，沐浴露，洗髮水俱全，浴巾和毛巾是免費的一次性的獨立包裝，環保+衞生，這個真的是我第一次遇到的用一次性浴巾毛巾的酒店，除了涼拖鞋還有新的一次性布拖鞋，愛了。
老闆人很熱情，服務很棒！下次來桂林還來這裏。

一個比較中肯的評價先説服務態度吧1.如果沒有接送站服務，電話諮詢就請説明，不必找藉口説又是喝酒了接不了或者倒班人手不夠送不成，這樣給客人感覺很不真誠2.大床房一層窗户外面是泳池公共區，確實安全和私隱，和安靜度讓人很頭疼3.説了半天換成了標間，房間小，床小，客廳還沒燈4.酒店整體環境氛圍還不錯，5.衞生乾淨度還可以，挺乾淨最後點評位置離景區遠，環境氛圍可以，乾淨，服務一般，房型很一般

原以為是新開的店，性價比不會很高，但結果出乎意外！
無論從服務、安全性、乾淨程度來説，真的很適合出行的人羣！我認為單從性價比這個角度來説真的太打動我！
收取外賣與快遞方面：收件的時候寫清楚收件人和房間號，非常方便，而且在不暴露私隱的情況下，安全收到！
服務方面：客房打掃時，大姐會主動詢問我要不要幫我收拾客房，給我放上瓶裝水，前台也會特別熱情地告訴我，“缺什麼隨時打電話給前台，我給你送來，我們家就是這點好，這種小東西多拿不要緊”
不管是女生特殊時期都很貼心周邊很方便，離小區大門口的主幹道步行就5分鐘！
酒店出了小區門口對面就有個楓林美食街，種類很豐富，晚上超級熱鬧，還有各種吃，還有我超喜歡的日式料理，好適合吃貨一枚！

不接受任何反駁，這個價位無敵香了！！！入住最大的感受就是超值的！我太會定酒店了吧！因為剛開沒多久，酒店設施很新設計很有質感，酒店位置也很好，距離萬達廣場特別近，酒店周邊的一院兩館也很好拍，很出片！主要酒店真的很安靜也很方便，小姐姐還給我們升級了豪華標間，前台服務都很熱情，給我的整體感覺就是下次我還要定這家！
