There is no understanding about privacy in this hotel. If you need to inform guests about you will check fire alarm - you can inform them at the check in . No need to send housekeeper to give me the paper when I already in the room and maybe I'm sleeping or having *ex with my wife. Even if you need to give me this paper - you can put it under the door. No need to knock like a crazy and ringing. So I need to stop what I'm doing and go open the door just to stop this crazy lady from breaking in. Also not cool , that after shower I need to wipe the floor with towel cause there is no rubber at the shower's door. Will attach the photos. Also why only 3 portions of coffee? We are a couple. So or you left 2 or 4. Why 3? Like we drink coffee together and than only one of us? From other point, guy at the reception understood my complain, apologize and offered us a bottle of wine. It's nice , but next time we will go to Jumeirah 🤷🏻

Special thank you to Front Desk staff at Grand International Hotel，they are very professional and friendly. check in and check out is very fast and efficient, they also sent me a very nice and beautiful gift with best wishes. This is the first time I stay in Grand international hotel， the room is comfortable and warm. I liked the restaurant on the first floor, which was good and delicious with lots of Canton food, also the price was good. hotel is far away from Metro station，while it is very convenient to book a car or taxi in hotel by door man. Hotel has a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool which is closed in the Winter. The Spa is also perfect, I recommended it if you have time to step in. I never see a bar here but the lobby bar was quite and good for us to meet the suppliers here with some coffee and tea. I definatly will come back if I have business in Guangzhou

The place is good and comfortable. Convenience store is just opposite to the hotel. You can buy anything that you want. The room have kitchen and can cook what you want to eat. Unfortunately, no pan or wok provided.

The service here is amazing !!! Super friendly staff as soon as you get out of the taxi . I really liked the large rooms , honestly it gives you Ritz vibes but the technology in the room is great twist . Very clean room , and the room service good amazing ! The staff didn’t speak much English and they made an effort to come take the order in person , went above to make sure they could provide the service for us. The food is great, hats to the chef for making delicious meal. The location is great too, 13 minutes by didi to party pier and 30 minutes to canton tower !! Worth every penny for sure and this will be my hotel of choice when I come to GZ on weekends !!!

Friendly staff, central location at a decent price. However, they do not have any proper king beds, they are just two doubles pushed together with two double duvets. They seem to put you in random rooms, as we only got the room we originally booked on the third try. While the hotel is meant to be non-smoking, it still happens and you can smell it from time to time. It is not a smart hotel, i.e. no smart toilet, no robot (food has to be collected from downstairs) and while it was opened only a few years ago, they rooms have not been well maintained and are already showing age It is ok for a couple days but we won't be back as there are so many other options at this price point.

It was a surprise to get a free upgrade when checking in the hotel, after searching thru WeChat proposed hotel, noted that I was paying 100++ CNY more for the deluxe room! When going up the hotel, the corridor was dark and the spoilt bulb wasn’t replaced. Things get more challenging was the bathroom water was so milky this morning which I couldn’t use it to shower nor washing my face. This is also the time when I was rushing to board my flight!

Because of my child's exam, after comparing several nearby hotel apartments many times, I finally chose Nanyang Guansheng Hotel. The hotel facilities are not high-end, but they are clean and hygienic, and all necessary items are basically equipped. I most appreciate that it takes into account the wishes of the guests and creates a good and quiet environment for the children to take exams smoothly. The lady at the front desk heard that she was a candidate, and she also They specially helped me check in early. I was supposed to check out at 12:00, but they thoughtfully delayed my check out until the candidates went to the examination room. They also helped the candidates to store their luggage. The breakfast was also rich in variety. This is the latest experience. The most satisfactory hotel I have ever encountered. If I still work nearby in the future, I will choose this hotel to stay.

Excellent: 1. The place is convenient, the food street is downstairs, not far from the subway station 2. The room is small, but it is better than the same price of the youth travel, more freedom. Poor: 1. Health needs to be improved. 2. The sound insulation is not good. Stayed for the second time in December 20th. I went to the university for an exam and found that the room can hear a lot of KTV next door. When I stayed this time, I told the front desk that I wanted a room farther away from KTV. The front desk also arranged it. It was really not that noisy, but I could hear a little bit of noise. The room is very clean, although not very big, there is no outward window but there is a fake window and you can check out at two o’clock, which is convenient for people who sleep late in the morning. The bathroom sink is too wide and it is not convenient to look in the mirror. Others are OK

I arrived at 02:30am in the morning. A gentleman was happy and ready to check me in. He was polite and friendly, especially with checkin policy for foreigners, he knew exactly what to do. I got to change my room as I wanted to be in an as quiet room furthest from anyone. The bathroom shower configuration is interesting, and ample hot water and good pressure. The technology/ room sound system is really good, but the air-play is a bit useless as you need to install another APP. The bedding is really luxury and quality of towels too. Drinking water is also a quality brand, not the cheap water tasting of chlorine. I will highly recommend the hotel. It’s also in ShipaiDongLu, a road filled with 100s of restaurants, tea shops and KTVs.
