Hengda Hotel

I have stayed here several times for business trips. This time I stayed in a suite, which was generally good. However, the tea sets on the coffee table in the living room were moldy (see picture), which shows that the hygiene was not done carefully!

I didn't expect Evergrande's hotel to be so bad. Mainly the hardware is in disrepair and is very shabby. Very disappointed. Fortunately, the service is very good and makes up for the shortcomings. The room had a strong musty smell and the air was very bad all night. There is no air conditioning and the room is very hot. The TV in the bathroom was broken. The balcony railings were rusty. The bottom of the Roman column was simply surrounded by very thin wire. Super speechless. Everywhere is shabby. It's really not a high-end hotel. There was a drink list at the bar, but there was nothing in the refrigerator. There is a strong odor when the tap water is turned on

I stayed at Zengcheng Evergrande Hotel again when I came to Guangzhou. It was the off-season and there were not many customers, making the hotel environment very quiet. Although there were not many people, all the services were maintained very good!

The air conditioner is set at 25 degrees and cannot be adjusted. You have to open the window to cool down. Although it is February, it is 29 degrees in Guangdong! **! Many of the light switches are broken and the electric curtains are broken. The whole room is so stuffy and hot, and the air conditioner can't adjust the temperature at all! Most of the TV channels are snowy, and the ones that can be watched are also very low-resolution, like TVs from the last century. The shower head is also broken, and the drain of the bathtub falls off when touched. The hotel is beautiful from the outside, but the room is really not good

Came here on a business trip. The location of the hotel is hard to find, but it is relatively quiet. The bed in the room is very large, more than 2 meters long. I took a closer look and found that the hygiene was relatively clean. Although the hotel is relatively old, it is well maintained. When checking out, the girl at the front desk reminded me that I needed to scan the free parking code when I drove here. I almost forgot. Next time I come to Zengcheng on a business trip, I will continue to book this hotel.

The hotel has large bathrooms and balconies. Although it has been open for more than 10 years, the facilities are well maintained and the rooms are clean. The details are well done. The rooms not only provide disposable cotton slippers but also individually packaged rubber slippers. There is also a clothes drying rod on the balcony. The air around the hotel is very good. The front desk service responds quickly and answers all questions. The hotel is very close to Zhongxin Station on Line 21. It is a good choice to go there occasionally for leisure and relaxation.

The hotel may not have the worst conditions but the worst service I have ever stayed in! I was sleeping soundly at 7:30 in the morning when I was woken up by a call from the front desk! There was a big dead cockroach on the wall beside the bed! Even if the room was not cleaned during the stay, I called the front desk three times to ask for mineral water and no one answered. In the end, I had no choice but to use my mobile phone to call the number left on the platform! Now that I think about it, I still think it’s really outrageous, the service is so bad! ! !

The hotel lobby is nice, there are welcome fruits in the room, the room decoration is quite successful, but the maintenance is OK, the bathroom is designed to be relatively large, the buffet dinner is not rich, the food pick-up area is small and messy, and the buffet breakfast has few varieties.
