Vienna International Hotel (Guangzhou South Railway Station Zhongcun Subway Station)

I booked a double room by mistake and changed it to a single room when I arrived. As a result, I found out today that the single room I was given was more than 300 for an ordinary single room. And I booked a deluxe double room for more than 400. It's quite a scam to not refund the price difference and not inform you.

The front desk service is very poor ~ overall, it is average and very cool. It should be rich people who come out to experience life, right? Everyone talks fiercely and looks impatient. The curtains in the hotel are ugly and the bathroom is black.

Using mineral water bottles to feed our children with tap water made them sick. Can you believe this was done by a Vienna hotel?

We have always stayed at the Vienna International Hotel on business trips, and this one is the worst. The air conditioning is not cool and the bathroom is filled with water. The setting is very dated. Not as good as other guest houses.

I have stayed in dozens of hotels in Guangzhou and I have never seen such a rubbish hotel. I woke up in the middle of the night and was covered in mosquito bites, and the carpet was terribly dirty. The air-conditioned old bathroom was dirty, and the breakfast had a bad milk smell. My friend lived nearby and decided without looking at the ratings. It makes sense that the Ctrip rating is so low. All rooms are always open before check-in, and there are hourly rooms. It’s strange that there aren’t many mosquitoes. It’s rubbish.

The hygiene is terrible, the facilities are old and the lights are broken.
