Excellent location. In top of two metro lines. Room was cleaned daily. It provided both robe and slippers. Attention to detail. Also has self service laundry. Front desk personnel are helpful to recommend itinerary and shops. Very nice view on 45 floor. Highly recommended.

The bathtub was broken.
We pay for the view but the windows are dirty, it's not very nice to look through.

We booked two rooms for the 11th. On the first day we checked in, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. We took photos of our IDs 3 times and 3 times when checking in. The front desk staff seemed to be having fun and were always talking about their bodies. I was shaking and looked very arrogant. There was a refrigerator and a safe on the Internet. But when I got there, there was nothing. The mattress was impossible to sleep on and my waist hurt all the time. Complaint after complaint. The hotel is close to Changgang Subway Station. It is very convenient to get to the hotel from Guangzhou East/Guangzhou South Station! The room in the front lobby can see the Canton Tower.
