Service was amazing, they upgraded my wife and I to a suite for our honeymoon and were so kind on arrival. Lovely rooms, amazing food, my only issues were the lack of a spa and restaurants for a 5 star hotel. Kind of a bummer. I

Really great hotel. Excellent service from staff and great value for money.
MTR is being built right outside of the hotel so a bit of a detour to reach. But not a big deal just 1-2min more by car

Come for the fair, nice hotel , good facilities, friendly staff at reception and housekeeping! I really appreciate that the manager Jessie at reception , patient and professional! Reception Mia and Rina also nice to me , assist with boooking taxi and recommend nearby restaurant! Next year will definitely come back to Kempinski again !!

We arrived at 2am so we arranged for airport pick up from the hotel which is very convenient. This save us looking for a ride at odd hour. The hotel room is very spacious. Bed is firm and comfortable. I had a restful sleep but my husband was disturbed by the construction noise. Otherwise everything is excellent.
