首先是服務很好，老闆很爽快，小姐姐服務也周到，拿椅子，送枕頭，有求必應，連搞衞生的阿姨也很和氣，笑臉盈盈的，每天的定量用品都給齊，住得很舒適。
再説環境，定的商務雙床房，兩張1.5米的床，睡得很舒服，床也乾淨乾爽，窗户能開得挺大的，通風透氣很好，有洗衣機和晾衣桿，白天窗簾一開，滿室灑滿陽光，衣服很快乾，心情也很舒爽。再是有電磁爐和抽油煙機，煮飯很方便。房門和廁所都貼了安全告示及24小時服務熱線。
大廈是封閉式管理，一樓大堂有前台，門禁還是比較嚴的，住得也安全。樓下有星巴克，瑞幸，全家，美宜家，周邊奶茶店也很多，離大超市，商場，菜市場都不遠，生活氛圍很好。
雖然隔音一般，但住客都不嘈雜，兩個女生住也安心。再有就是衣櫃特別多，能放好多好多東西，哈哈哈哈哈，把滿意打在公屏上！！！

離大沙東地鐵站近，大概400米，步行幾分鐘就能到，老闆熱情，房間空間大，洗衣機冰箱齊全，值得推薦！！
