1、沒見過這麼不誠信的酒店。訂的大床房，有窗户，去了不給帶窗户的。説是什麼渠道轉過去的。我作為消費者，跟我有關嗎。我衹知道，我訂房頁面清楚寫着：有窗户2、訂房頁面説明，房間25平，其實本來無所謂，但前台的態度惡劣，説怎麼可能有25平的房間。那請問，你為什麼要寫上去，這不就是虛假宣傳嗎3、不給我安排訂好的帶窗户的房間，要我取消訂單。我要理論，直接讓我滾，並罵人（省略）其實罵人誰不會呢？一句話，虛假宣傳，毫無誠信，前台態度惡劣，粗俗低下。這種店面，大家要是不想生氣，還是慎去！以上皆為實際情況，不服來辯！
