However, the itchiness became more and more serious and I wanted to discuss with the hotel to refund my room fee this time, but the hotel just refused. Others were booked through their own mini-program and there is no record of the order. I’ve stayed at this hotel so many times. It's impossible to make a malicious report because of the more than two hundred yuan this time. I just feel that I have been here so many times and experienced this for the first time and was bitten by bugs. It has been three days and I am still itchy. I didn’t go to the doctor because when I had a private chat with the hotel, I asked if there was something wrong with me going to the hospital for a checkup and you would reimburse me for the expenses. However, the hotel just emphasized that it would handle the matter and did not say anything about finding out. The problem will be reimbursed or something, so I haven't seen a doctor now. The key is that your hot water does not have a 20-minute limit at all. . On the first day, there was no hot water just after washing, and the shower gel was useless. On the second day, I turned on the hot water and checked the time, and there was no hot water in 8 minutes! ! ! You lof hot water is so expensive that you can't do this. Who can't take a shower while staying in a hotel? !

The proprietress is enthusiastic, beautiful and kind. The hotel is very warm and you feel at home.

The toilet was clogged. I called the hotel to report it at around 8 a.m. on the first morning. When I returned to the room at 10 p.m., the toilet was still not unclogged, and there was no water refill or toilet paper. It was such a terrible experience.

Very good, good service, can check out at 2:00 pm, but there is always a buzzing sound of the air conditioner in the room. Overall it is good and close to South China Normal University.

The most comfortable accommodation conditions are in the hotel apartments near SNU. However, since the rooms are relatively small, they are usually only suitable for one or two people regardless of the room type.
