這是我住過最差的酒店，接下來我會解釋清楚：
缺點：
1.已和公寓前台説過物品暫放，當我們回酒店時發現自己的物品（充電器）不在桌面上，仔細一看，在前台插排上，明顯被使用了。當我質疑公寓前台時，他們的回答是客人不小心用了，好，就算是這個理由，那麼我要説第二條了。
2.該公寓前台頻繁沒人在前台，如果前台是守着的，那麼哪個客人會不小心用了我的充電器呢? 這個東西不應該幫忙放到客人不那麼容易觸碰的地方保管嗎?
前台的意義是什麼?為什麼總是沒人在前台?
3.公寓杯子很臟，如圖1，根本沒法用來洗漱
優點：
1.打車方便，離至泰廣場和寶能演藝中心不遠
我很完整的闡述了事實，沒有半點添油加醋，這次的入住體驗極差！！！

衞生間的水龍頭一點點壞，床下面有小蟑螂…投影機看不了電影，，按鍵機點不了。。。。崩潰了

房間非常好，還有投影儀，第一次住這種房間，樓層也挺高，風景也很好，乾淨衞生，隔音也不錯，創業挺好的，投影特別好

不知道高分怎麼來的，下午2點就應該可以入住的我五點多過去告訴我房間還沒收拾出來。我説這是你們的問題，他們也不解決問題，讓我換房間讓我換300多，我看有一個更便宜的我就想換更便宜的結果他讓在攜程退單，入住當天退是要扣費的我讓他幫忙協調他説他們弄不了，奇怪了300多的可以不用退單更便宜的就不行了。我不同意還説要不你不要住了，奇奇怪怪的你們的問題搞得還是我的錯了。要不是我當時急着出去我就不住了氣死，入住衞生間全是水洗手枱和放置洗漱用品的地方全是污垢。大家避雷啊！

就很普通的簡陋公寓，隔音也差，廁所別人沖個水聲音大的不行。300多的價格真的不值得，衹能説老闆態度挺好給個2分得了

性價比很高，前台小哥人很好給我免費升級了房間，雖然房間不算大，但是五臟俱全，附近吃飯也很方便有個至泰廣場離酒店就800米，跟着導航不大好找，但是前台小哥服務很不錯，打電話立馬告知確切位置。

公寓環境位置都很不錯，離寶能演藝中心就15分鐘路程。挺好。唯一不足的就是下水道管隔音特差，一有人沖水聲音特別大。建議可以貼點隔音棉上去。
