Guangzhou|1.76km from Zhengguosi
Pros 1. Visually, it is indeed the best decorated homestay within n kilometers. 2. Behind the house is a place selling bamboo rice and simple drinks, furnished by petty bourgeoisie, and the lights are beautiful at night 3. Bamboo rice is really delicious 😋 Cons 1. I originally came to the beach mentioned in the comments, but I was told that the nearest beach was blocked. A little farther (it seems to be called Sunshine Beach) needed to drive over. I found that it was a small piece of sand, the river was turbid, more than 30 degrees, the beach was bare and sunbathing, and I couldn’t stay at all during the day. So there is a piece of rural self-built houses left near the homestay, almost no tourism resources, I don't know what the significance of coming here to live in a homestay... 2. The decoration standard on the first floor has far exceeded the average homestay (high-end atmosphere). It is a family self-occupied standard: large sofa, large TV, large dining table, large kitchen. I can’t figure out whether it’s the administrator or the owner’s family who sits or is busy in the living room from time to time. We go in and out on the first floor every time. There is a feeling of breaking into someone else's house, I am embarrassed; 3. The male receptionists brought their own high-air conditioning field, did not introduce the house, did not inform Wi-Fi or the door password, the living room opened the air conditioner, there were two doors locked and could not enter, from people to things are quite distance, deepened the second feeling. The sister at the back bar is very enthusiastic. It is recommended to change the position here... 4. We went to the store to upgrade the children's room, confirmed that there was a room at around 4 pm on Monday, and the total price for one night after making up the difference went to 600+ yuan. We didn't think about it at that time. Later, we checked it. It was much more expensive than the quotation of Trip.com on the same day. 5. There is no exhaust fan in the toilet in the room, and there is no toilet paper. The children's room is at least two large and one small, but it gives two beds a pillow each... The toilet door is facing the bed, and the window inside is not shaded by curtains. The whole family is awakened early in the morning.

With friends for the sunrise of Shiye Mountain ~ I chose this new homestay opened in 2023. The boss and customer service are very nice. There are 4 rooms in the homestay. The big bed room has a small living room! Lying on the sofa is very comfortable! The twin room with Shiye Mountain view is very big! ! ! There are green fields near the homestay. Every bed looks out very chilly. There is a large living room and mahjong room outside the room I feel that it is very suitable for a family trip. Although I didn't see the sunrise in the end, I saw the sky full of stars on the balcony. After checking the strategy, I found that there is also a Baijianghu Forest Park near the homestay ⛲️ Next time I will choose here for sunrise 🉑️🉑️

Very pleasant homestay experience! It’s not only so simple as a homestay. You can enjoy turtles, feed turtles, dig turtle eggs, and see the little turtles that have just come out of the shell... There are also swimming pools, sand pools, KTV, chess and card rooms, and various team building, parent-child activities such as bonfires, turtles and rabbit races (it’s true)... You can also fish... There are also handmade turtle paste... In short I didn't want to leave. I wanted to stand on my feet. As a result, the homestay activities in the middle of the mountain were so rich, and I was pleasantly surprised! There is also a warm and thoughtful boss, the designer and promoter here, tasteful and stylish! Daily travel, family gatherings, team building are worth coming again!

The design style in the homestay is simple and not simple. There is a large swimming pool. The whole building of ”homestay” has a living room, a kitchen and a public health. There is a separate pool at the door. The bed is particularly large, clean and comfortable. It can accommodate 10 people. As for breakfast, the overall service is good.

The hotel is remodeled from the old factory, and there are many areas that have not been changed. The rooms are large, the industrial style decoration is simple, the terrace needs to be designed, the ceiling needs to be repaired, and the sound insulation is average. The scenery of Zengjiang outside is beautiful, very suitable for watching the sunset, the restaurant is good, we chose the roast chicken set meal, steamed fish fried eggs roast chicken are delicious. The swimming pool is not big, but it is OK on the riverside. The surrounding scenery is also good, very suitable for vacation.
