The room is huge! The service was excellent! The only drawback is that the breakfast is mediocre, the restaurant is small and there are many people, and eating is like fighting. It costs 20 yuan to take a taxi from the subway entrance to the hotel. It is relatively close to the west gate of Baiyun Mountain.

Hello my name is Geldon Mesi, I recently stayed at Guangzhou Sanyuanli Atour Hotel and enjoyed my stay immensely. They say first impressions last and my stay is testament to that. I was welcomed so honourably upon checking in after experiencing such negative reception upon checking in elsewhere. Nothing was too much of an inconvenience for the staff here. They were always so busy and in demand however never seemed overwhelmed or flustered by the experience in fact. They were professional at all times and always with a smile. My last day of my stay was in fact my birthday and when I returned to the hotel at 11pm that evening there was one worker Hu sen who was at the hotel however off shift yet still made such an impressive effort in making my stay so very memorable as we shared great conversation. Amidst conversation I informed him it was my birthday, he then offered his own personal time to escort me around the city given hat I was alone. Not only did he do such an honourable task out of hours he also managed to order me a birthday cake without my knowledge and as soon as I arrived back to my hotel everyone was aware of my birthday and cheered me whilst ha delivering me this cake at 1am. I could not believe such a thoughtful gesture. It just goes to show the humanity that these staff members have towards not only their guests but human beings. I will not forget the worker's name is Hu Sen most memorable kind-hearted gesture, thank you Guangzhou Sanyuanli Atour Hotel.

One of the best hotels here in Guangzhou. Clean and big rooms. Our room was upgraded. We got a bigger room. also, we had coffee, tea and some snack. There's a laundry room if one needs to wash or dry their clothes. The breakfast was nothing special, we saw the pics and expected more. The staff is nice. Unfortunately they don't speak English but do their best to help anyway (Google translate always helps). Another good thing is their pick-up/ drop-off service, we arrived late, contacted the hotel and the car picked us up in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent location. Considering the price it is pretty decent or even the best option when you need a hotel near the airport. Check in was quick although front desk staff don’t speak english. Shuttle bus driver only picks up passenger at t1 departure gate. We had to go from arrival gate which is a few minute walk but still bearable.Room is clean overall considering the price although there were some stains on the chair. Bed was clean and huge. Noise from airplanes nearby is sometimes too much but there are earplugs provided. Food is delicious when we ordered dinner. They serve until 9:30 pm. We were late for breakfast and there were few options left to eat but the choices are just similar to so many other hotels in have been so that’s okay. Overall, it was a good stay. Thanks! 🙏

The hotel room is very clean and the bedding is very comfortable, but what makes me particularly dissatisfied is the attitude of the restaurant service staff. There is a lady wearing glasses who is very aggressive. It is my first time to use a waffle baking pan, and she is not very good at using it. He told me very impatiently that I needed to turn the button. Then when I was picking up waffles, he told me very fiercely to use tongs. There was a critical and accusatory tone throughout, which made me particularly uncomfortable. And near the end of breakfast, a customer wanted to pick up some dishes, but she took the plate away, probably because it was breakfast time. In the past month, I have stayed in hotels in Sanya, Haikou, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou. Some of them are high-end, affordable, and even low-priced. Although the environment may be different, I have never encountered a hotel with such a service attitude. So bad👎. There are many hotels near Baiyun Airport. The reason why I chose this one is because of the brand power of Jinjiang Inn and Kyriad. I hope that the brand can be perfect in personnel appointment. If some people are really not suitable for the service industry, then please find another one. Please be wise. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel and encountered such a condescending service staff who spoke to guests in a commanding tone. I was really angry.

The front desk service is very good. The arranged room is very clean. If there are any problems, the front desk will help in time. Two more bottles of mineral water are given for free. It is very good. Compared with surrounding hotels, it is very cost-effective and worth staying.
