在年後，我預訂的是15平米,1米8的床（260），店家接單了，給的房間是10平米，1米5的床（230），提前沒有通知，要求退還差價，店家拒絕，還很牛氣，説年前後，這房間的價位就是260。房間裏面，床上還有頭髮，浴室的水龍頭也是壞的，連礦泉水和一次性拖鞋都沒給，都是要主動到前台要才會給。非常差的一次入住體驗，以後再也不會選擇這家酒店。

實話實説，衞生差，老闆給換了房間衞生還是差，別人用的口罩還在，血和毛都還在床上。到半夜和早上就沒熱水了。沒有消毒毛巾，一次性毛巾，洗臉勉強用。換的房間沒有電水壺，開水要到吧枱打。。。

朋友們千萬別去這家酒店住，我下了訂單不到3分鐘後，由於特殊原因有事要退，我找酒店前台，結果不退，我又聯繫同程旅行客服打電話給酒店工作人員，我在那裡讓他接電話，他都不接電話，故意拖延時間，態度非常不好，客服打了好多次電話他都不接，大家要謹慎消費，避免錢追不回來

我住過最臟亂差的房間我們當時訂了就去之後放東西，進去就驚呆了，真的沒法住，又小有黑，臟亂差，洗漱用品沒有，拖鞋好多灰，衞生間的玻璃那裡好多黃色的污垢，洗漱台也是，反正我進去了看了沒法住申請退款商家沒答應，然後我們就走了重新訂了其他賓館真的真的沒法住
