After staying for 3 days, I agree with the evaluation of most travelers from Ctrip to Tianzhao Bamboo House Hotel. I also feel good about all aspects of my experience. From the lobby, to the elevator, to the floor corridor, to the room, no matter the facilities or decoration style, it is refreshing and pleasing to the eye. The rooms are clean and tidy, central air-conditioning, 2 bottles of mineral water are given every day, breakfast is good. The room is spacious, with 2 large beds, clean quilt sheets, separate wet and dry toilets, and 2 parts of the room are very large, with plenty of shower water. Every day when I come back, the sanitation in the room has been completed. The girl at the front desk was polite and enthusiastic, and helped us contact the courier-to-door service. 房間隔音效果差，樓下能聽到樓上人員的説話聲。工作人員之間對接分工不明確，維修工人作業完後人一走了之，不關電視及其他的用電設備，前台直接把房間開出來，早餐有兩種粥，菜品還是有一些。

環境：周邊吃飯這些倒是很方便 搭車也很方便 畢竟離車站不遠
衞生：衞生還是挺乾淨的
設施：有點老舊 建議換一些老的被子和毛巾浴巾

春節出行，房價比平時貴了有200元，春節期間價格上漲，我忍了，房間設施有點舊也忍了，但是枕套邊緣那麼大一個洞，掀開被子，床單還有一個打洞，這就有點讓人無語了，找來客房服務員要求換，她竟然來一句：“這個洞不影響睡覺。要換的換要等我去慢慢找！”我們去過很多地方，住過很多酒店，358元一晚的房再怎麼著也不會是有洞的床品還鋪上床，最離譜就是服務員那句不影響，真是無語。儘管後來換了，但是心情很不爽！有這樣態度的客房服務員，可想而知衞生做得有多馬虎了。

不知道別人的房間怎麼樣，我們的房間很不好!牀頭櫃破舊，花灑、燒水壺銹跡斑斑，單人沙發很臟，衞生間換氣扇是壞的，洗完澡煙霧繚繞。過年期間房間緊張，這些忍了，但讓人不能忍的是，第二天起來竟然發現房間有大蟑螂到處爬，太讓人噁心了!衹有樓層阿姨值得點贊，耐心、熱情。
