酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住。三人間是套房的形式，這點很不錯，適合家庭居住。房間也比較乾淨。設施都齊全，該有的都有。位置優越，交通便利，走幾步就是商業區，購物方便。就是臨街汽車聲有時候有點兒吵。

2024年春節三人間2百多，酒店沒有專屬停車場，住客需要自己解決停車問題，地處鬧市區，停車困難，自求多福。酒店設備設施老化，衞生條件非常一般。清晨早上洗澡沒有熱水，完全沒有熱水，最終放棄。酒店地處繁華區域，酒店後面有小吃一條街，後面有一個大商場，商場六樓為餐飲區，用餐選擇很多。很好奇，平時不是法定節假日，酒店房價是多少？

前台服務不錯，因為是一家人出行，提前打電話問過，可不可以安排進一點，到店後辦理入住後，發現雖然在同一個樓層。但是其中一間在一個拐角進去，相對來説離得比較遠，空調不行

因為要在旁邊辦事情選擇這家店 從來沒有住過這麼差的 空調開不了 還沒有熱水 我都不知道好評哪裡來的還是給了一個差的房間 電一晚上都在跳 睡覺冷的要死 真的很差的一次體驗 還是不要圖方便

這一家完全就是衹做一回生意，嚴重懷疑裏面個別員工搞外水。 以前時常在這裏住，後來開過兩次鐘點房，沒有任何費用。有個40多歲的女的不曉得是員工還是老闆，鐘點房退房還收清潔費，多收我十幾塊，之前是年輕的妹妹 説退房沒問題直接退還按金 沒任何費用 如果之前收費我也覺得沒什麼，憑啥我這次來有多餘的費用？就那個幾十歲的***！

東西落在店裡，發現的時候已經坐着高鐵快到成都了。給前台接待打電話（好像是姓楊的服務員）很認真地處理。因為下夜班，第二天一上班後就幫忙郵寄。真心感謝這麼認真負責地客服。
