Unsafe. Staff do not know how to control guests at all. Guests were unruly and threatening. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

My daughter fell on the pool deck. She cut her foot but was ok. My other daughter slipped and fell in the bathroom outside of the pool. There was water all over the floor which caused it to be slippery. She came very close to hittting her head in the toilet bowl.

This property was so clean! Staff and service was exceptional. We did have an issue with our bathroom door which they were able to fix so quickly. If you’re from out of town or in the state I would recommend staying here! And the spa here is phenomenal. The ladies were amazing

We stayed one night while visiting our family. The room was comfortable for the price. I liked that the room had a chaise lounger, which was comfortable for watching TV and just relaxing. We especially enjoyed morning breakfast, which we added with our reservation. It requires a voucher, which we didn't receive at check-in, so we had to get that from the front desk in the morning. The bar was great for an afternoon snack and drink. I would definitely recommend if you need a home base in the area. You will need your car as it is not walkable to popular areas in Mystic. This was not a concern, as it was off season and it was a quick Uber ride into town.

My daughter recommended this hotel and I can see why. The property was beautiful and elegant! Everyone was so nice and professional.
The food was on point delicious! Only sad point I wished I could’ve stayed longer! I would definitely return again and would highly recommend my friends and family to stay here.

I was there for 2 nights and it was just great. The ease of checking in (and out). The friendliness of staff. The cleanliness and quality was so welcoming. Even though it does sit by itself you’re not far from Mystic Village, the Aquarium, and few parks. The spa is a little pricey but worth it; the staff there is just as welcoming as the hotel. I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant because my goal was to get out and about but the bar is nice. I had a great stay.

This was a spur of the moment trip, on our way to Maine. The entire staff was so welcoming and the space was beautiful. We arrived around 830p and were happy that the restaurant was still open. What an amazing meal- Our waitress Olivia was so gracious and everything was so tasty. Room was so clean and the whole space was inviting. We will be back to take advantage of the spa!
