We chose this location for its proximity to the stadium area. We were very impressed with this hotel. All the staff we interacted with (front desk and bartender) were sincerely friendly. The hallways and rooms were clean and modern. The room was organized very well with a desk and work chair along with a comfortable chair plus ottoman. There was a lot of storage space and the Keurig coffeemaker was convenient. There is no breakfast included, you can purchase breakfast in the lobby bar/restaurant area.

Good location and clean modern rooms. Close to big event venues which can impact pricing and value. If Breakfast buffet included would be a big bump. It was kind of busy when I got here. You definitely could hear some louder people and kids even after midnight.

We spent a night here when passing through Green Bay. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet with a comfortable bed. The hotel is near the stadium and not too far from downtown. Breakfast is not included, but made to order meals are available. This a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Green Bay.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would! Everything about it was horrendous. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Greenbay Wisconsin from for my sisters wedding and it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From trouble with the wedding party and our family not being able to book as they would only block off 5 rooms at a time and then wanted us to call to ask for five more daily when it would fill up, the pool being closed during our stay(which we were not made aware of until the week of arrival), breakfast not available on Sunday due to the cook “calling in sick”, to the hotel staff putting a $250 “pet disturbance fee” on my room without my consent or permission. The hotel called me on Friday night as we were out greeting our family that our dog was in the room barking. I immediately came back and evaluated the situation. He was not barking when I arrived but I did call back and apologize if he was. They then told me they were going to charge me $250 which is outrageous. We then asked our neighbor in room 405 the next morning if she heard any barking and she said no not from our room but from room 403 which was a large German shepherd dog. She also made us aware there was another smaller dog barking across from her or next to the large dog barking. If these dogs were barking that could have triggered our dog to bark back but he is a quiet dog that does not bark often. Which again, we handled as soon as we spoke to the front desk and we were back within minutes. We also removed our dog from the room and took him to my sisters house so he did not spend the weekend at the hotel. The next night on Saturday at 12:19am I was again called from the front desk as they believed my dog was barking but he was not even at the hotel anymore and we were sleeping. This leads me to believe my dog was never barking in the first place as they don’t seem to even investigate the matter they just called me and charged me. This is extremely unfair to do to a guest especially when it’s been nothing but trouble from beginning to end with this hotel. I will never stay at a Hilton hotel again. They never refunded the $250 pet fee or tried to come to a resolution for all the trouble on their end as well. Very unprofessional. They also gave us the run around when trying to speak to a manager about the situation. At check out they told us the manger would be in later then told us to call at a specific time in late afternoon, then when we did that they told us to call again tomorrow then the next day. Terrible management, stay anywhere but here especially if it’s for a special event.

The hotel management refused to refund a night's stay even though I checked out a day early. I stay over 200 nights a year with Hilton and I have never had this happen. I use the Hilton app to book my rooms and at no point did it state the rate was non refundable for early check out. Hotel management was very unwilling to try and work this out.

I hate to write this as my husband and I have been loyal Hilton members with Diamond status for many years, however, we will be going elsewhere moving forward. We had a terrible experience at Hilton Garden Inn Green Bay trying to resolve a very expensive reservation after the unexpected death of a close family member. After being asked by Hilton management to provide the obituary for proof of our family death, management failed to follow-up after the obituary was sent, so I proceeded to call every week just to be told our room was "on the list" for available rooms even though the website stated "no rooms available" during this time frame.... After a couple weeks of calling with little to no feedback and still no written correspondence received, my husband finally spoke with the Diamond desk and we learned our rooms were NOT on the list and I was lied to multiple times that our name was on the list of rooms to be sold. I understand there are policies in place, however, the lack of overall lack of customer service and inconsistent communication among Hilton personnel regarding the facts, policy and procedure is unacceptable. I do not recommend spending any time or money at this location. Life happens and when it does, Hilton will not be on your side, will not demonstrate any empathy, or offer a partial refund or hotel credit.

Was very disappointed to have got to my room to find one of the double beds up against the wall making it difficult to get in and out of the bed. Bathroom decor was cheap looking wood on the wall. How sky was one of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve seen in a long time. I used to book at Hilton Garden Inns when I traveled for work years ago and it just seem to compare to quality anymore. Kind of disappointed …

Reservation for 3 days As a Diamond member I have a $10.00 per day credit Day 1 breakfast is $12.61 , instead of adjusting payment for $2.61 they had to fix ERROR once I brought it to their attention Day 2 same issue Day 3 same issue Then when I was checking out they charged my card for an additional stay. 4 credit card erroneous charges/authorization in a row! I spent over a hour trying to reverse charges which was finally done. The competency level from management on down is low level and their failed attempt to defend the undefensible was laughable and unprofessional to say the least ! Once the Diamond member depths was contacted by me only then was action taken They tried to split hairs with words and play semantics with words which failed miserably! I certainly know the difference between authorization and charge better than them. The Diamond department apologized but manager and the person who they confirmed made the mistake did not, not that their apologies was important, it was NOT, but as a business owner of over 30 years my business acumen out of principle gives me the impression that management on down is really incapable of the Hilton standards that are set! People who think they know it all should look in the mirror and would see how ridiculous they look and should be embarrassed for looking like a joke! Thank you Diamond dept for acting as a liason and addressing my issues to my satisfaction as well as in a manor of professionalism and accuracy! The hotel was given 24 - 48 hrs to resolve their ERROR, as of 48 hrs they are as quiet as a CHURCH MOUSE 🐁! EVERYBODY NEEDS EXTENSIVE TRAINING EVEN THE MANAGER or perhaps work at a basic entry-level position for my company and I can assure you that their lack of professionalism and low competency level would have them applying for unemployment benefits. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

The positives for the HGI in Green Bay are location, location, location as well as its staff. The hotel is about a 6-7 minute walk to Lambeau Field, and if you are visiting on gameday, as we were, it's a no-brainer. To get to Lambeau, you simply exit the HGI and turn left, walk along the main road past the Resch Center and right to the stadium. It's that easy. The staff at the hotel were also amazing. Everyone we met, whether at check-in, housekeeping, or in the restaurant, we incredibly friendly and always asking what they could do to make your stay better. The only downside here is that given the location and particularly on a gameday weekend, the price for a room is exorbitant. Completely understand they have immense pricing power given the proximity to the stadium, so of course most folks are probably willing to accept it, as we did. However, in any other location, the hotel rooms and value for the price would not be worth it, so knocked one star off for that. Rooms are pretty basic and drab, even for a HGI. Overall, enjoyed my stay at the HGI in GB, and it was worth it for a gameday weekend being able to walk everywhere near the stadium directly from our room. The cost for doing so, is quite, quite high though.
