Hilton Garden Inn Green Bay

The hotel needs better ventilation or something. The greasy smell of breakfast permeates the entire hotel and my clothes even smelled. The front desk manager was extremely rude to us, and I would never stay here again. She insinuated I had never stayed at a Hilton before when she had to know I was a Diamond member.

We chose this location for its proximity to the stadium area. We were very impressed with this hotel. All the staff we interacted with (front desk and bartender) were sincerely friendly. The hallways and rooms were clean and modern. The room was organized very well with a desk and work chair along with a comfortable chair plus ottoman. There was a lot of storage space and the Keurig coffeemaker was convenient. There is no breakfast included, you can purchase breakfast in the lobby bar/restaurant area.

Good location and clean modern rooms. Close to big event venues which can impact pricing and value. If Breakfast buffet included would be a big bump. It was kind of busy when I got here. You definitely could hear some louder people and kids even after midnight.

We spent a night here when passing through Green Bay. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet with a comfortable bed. The hotel is near the stadium and not too far from downtown. Breakfast is not included, but made to order meals are available. This a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Green Bay.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would! Everything about it was horrendous. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Greenbay Wisconsin from for my sisters wedding and it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From trouble with the wedding party and our family not being able to book as they would only block off 5 rooms at a time and then wanted us to call to ask for five more daily when it would fill up, the pool being closed during our stay(which we were not made aware of until the week of arrival), breakfast not available on Sunday due to the cook “calling in sick”, to the hotel staff putting a $250 “pet disturbance fee” on my room without my consent or permission. The hotel called me on Friday night as we were out greeting our family that our dog was in the room barking. I immediately came back and evaluated the situation. He was not barking when I arrived but I did call back and apologize if he was. They then told me they were going to charge me $250 which is outrageous. We then asked our neighbor in room 405 the next morning if she heard any barking and she said no not from our room but from room 403 which was a large German shepherd dog. She also made us aware there was another smaller dog barking across from her or next to the large dog barking. If these dogs were barking that could have triggered our dog to bark back but he is a quiet dog that does not bark often. Which again, we handled as soon as we spoke to the front desk and we were back within minutes. We also removed our dog from the room and took him to my sisters house so he did not spend the weekend at the hotel. The next night on Saturday at 12:19am I was again called from the front desk as they believed my dog was barking but he was not even at the hotel anymore and we were sleeping. This leads me to believe my dog was never barking in the first place as they don’t seem to even investigate the matter they just called me and charged me. This is extremely unfair to do to a guest especially when it’s been nothing but trouble from beginning to end with this hotel. I will never stay at a Hilton hotel again. They never refunded the $250 pet fee or tried to come to a resolution for all the trouble on their end as well. Very unprofessional. They also gave us the run around when trying to speak to a manager about the situation. At check out they told us the manger would be in later then told us to call at a specific time in late afternoon, then when we did that they told us to call again tomorrow then the next day. Terrible management, stay anywhere but here especially if it’s for a special event.

The hotel management refused to refund a night's stay even though I checked out a day early. I stay over 200 nights a year with Hilton and I have never had this happen. I use the Hilton app to book my rooms and at no point did it state the rate was non refundable for early check out. Hotel management was very unwilling to try and work this out.

The Hilton Garden Inn Green Bay on Lombardi Avenue was very nice for my first night of my 2023 summer trip! I spent the first night in Green Bay on a Thursday night before venturing to Door County. I use the Digital Key feature, so check-in/check-out is always very quick and easy, and I can even choose my room! My 5th floor (top level) room with king bed and pullout sofa bed was very clean and comfortable, and it was especially quiet facing away from the main road and being far down to one side of the level. I enjoyed a glass of wine after checking in, and the bartender was friendly and efficient. It was nice to have a small bar right on the premises! I also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub later in the evening. I slept very peacefully here! The next morning, the breakfast was also very appetizing. The bacon was cooked nicely and was chewy instead of too crispy like it seems to be at many places. The French toast had just come off the griddle, so it was hot and fresh! I was ready for my start in Door County after my stay here. It was also very close to Lambeau Field. I would recommend Hilton Garden Inn Green Bay!

We stayed here before during the constructions in 2018. It was noisy during that stay but the construction has completed and it was a pleasant stay this time. The only complaint I have is that the size of the mattress doesn't match up with the bed frame and I bumped into the bed frame a couple of times and it does hurt.

Hotel is clean and nice. Would have given 5 stars except for a horrible breakfast experience. We were here on a Saturday, the hotel advertised breakfast until 1000am. We got down there at 920. Ordered the breakfast buffet. Food was subpar to put it kindly. But, what was really aggravating is we had our first plate of food and then they immediately started tearing down the buffet and put everything away by 940. No opportunity to get any additional items The coffee was even out away! Ridiculous. If you stay here, venture out for breakfast. Oh and the hotel bar closes at 7pm lol
