We really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk is very nice and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and presentable. Would definitely stay here again. The price is very good for all the amenities they have.

The desk staff was nice and the bed was clean but that was the extend of the plesant things about the property. It was nothing like any of the pictures, lots of damage and just plain unkept

The check in was pleasant. But once in the room, my family and I were not impressed. Carpet is fraided and comes up off the floor. Thought my room was two queen beds but was only doubles. There was a liquid spilled all over night stand under alarm clock. Could not change time on alarm oclock. Toilet paper roll was broken. Floor very sticky. And beds were absolutely terrible, didnt even sleep.

Poor bathroom layout, no place to keep spa/ shampoo in shower. Water coming out of shower. Sagging, soft mattress.

Rugs near elevators in bad shape
Sticky elevator floor every day
Ran out of breakfast food
Our key seldom worked. Each time we had to go back to the desk to get it rekeyed.
The pool was closed . That’s why we chose this hotel.
