This hotel was awful. It was dirty. I had to pull the lady from outside, smoking cigarettes to get me signed in. I only stayed for about an hour kids running up and down the halls dogs everywhere it was just unbelievably horrible.

Claytif has Amazing Customer services he made sure my husband was able to check in later passed 12 A.m considering that my husband is a truck driver we can never assume what are actual check-in time will be but claylif told us he will work with us the best he can as long as my husband checks out at 11a.m we will be fine. Claytif really should be recognize for his great efforts and his wonderful customer service skills I just want Claytif to know that h&t Logistics appreciates everything he's done and I hope this company appreciates him just as much as we do thanks Claytif you Rock 🎉

The room was absolutely disgusting. The bedding was dirty and didn’t seem like it had been changed. The floor was gross there were fries and a dirty sock. The fridge was a mess and there was a half drank soda still in there from the previous person. It smelled horrible. If it hadn’t been the middle of the night we would have gone somewhere else.

I liked that is wasn't far from dining options. What I didn't like was that there were no trash cans in the room, and nothing to cook or eat with in the kitchenette.

There are leople living here and it is never quiet. Loud music. Loud people. Literally from 1:30AM-3:30AM the person above us was moving furniture around. Someone else had a huge stereo system connected to a video game that they were playing beginning at 1AM. Children crying and playing at 11pm. Cigarette burns in the sink. Dirty light switches. Trash under the bed. Double bed?!? Not a queen. Microfiber sheets that were hot as hell. The list goes on and on. DON'T STAY HERE OF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO SLEEP!

Convenient for what I needed. Thankfully I did bring my own plate, bowl and silverware since none were included in kitchenette.

On our arrival we waited 15 minutes before a staff member came to the front desk to check us in. We had a four day stay and our room was not cleaned even once, when we requested new towels we were told to bring our old towels to the front desk first. Our bed ‘ supposedly ‘ a double was a simple pull out and probably was a double but it was a fold up bed with a very thin and worn mattress. We will NEVER stay here again!
