Very central location, close to the shopping areas and the train station. The staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms were clean.

It was a lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast was amazing. Location was so good we didn’t need to get tram tickets. We were able to walk to city center, Haga and even Liseberg. The stay surpassed our expectations.

We received a 600 SEK parking ticket from a private company in the hotel parking lot. We were not told that we have to pay for the parking lot at the check-in, neither were we asked where we parked. Paying for the parking lot itself would have been ok for us, but please tell it at the check-in and don't put tickets on the cars of your guest. Also, when we complained, the staff at the reception was very unfriendly, didn't apologize at all and just told us it is our job to make sure we pay for the parking. There is a public parking lot right next to the hotel's parking lot, which is also cheaper if you just park during night time.
The room was fine, the beds could have been a bit softer but I get that's a matter of taste.

The hotel has an excellent location but you can sort of tell that they dont really upgrade the hotel since about 1990 , the breakfast buffe was ok.
We also had the barbecue buffe but that was a bit of let down as the food was quite cold and maybe not top notch quality and I missed some kind of dessert but it was value for money as the price was reasonable.
They had also decided to turn off most lights outside so when we arrived back after the concert as many others it was a bit hard to see where you was walking.

Very old building, staff kinda pleasant. Our flight got delayed came until 1:30 am, there was no way they could allow us late check out.

Excellent location, very close to Heden and Avenyn. Good parking conditions, although expensive. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and warm options. But the scrambled eggs made out of powder does not work for me, not good.
