The perfect peaceful retreat in Calangute. Our little home in paradise. From the food to the rooms everything is perfect. On top of this the staff are warm and friendly, from the moment you step inside with the welcome drinks. The chef made some special food for one of our children when they were feeling under the weather. Amazing hotel, and the staff should be very proud of the work they do.

An absolutely delightful hotel without fault. We’ve been travelling around India for 2 weeks and this has been by far the best experience. The hotel itself is full of character and colour, with a pool that gets all the day sun. Rooms are incredibly clean with premium products and bath robes. The standout here has been the staff, every single one is attentive, accommodating, and just a joy to interact with. We did their cocktail making class as well as yoga, which really made the trip extra special. Highly recommend and would revisit if we return to Goa!

It was an Amazing stay at dharamshala by ITC we stayed here for one night was really enjoyed the services overhere ,food was delicious staff was so courteous and we will definitely visit again thanx to Mr. Aniket Kritika Shilpa and somesh for everything

It was very good hotel and restaurant and best thing about itc hotel was there hospitality which was great and there warm welcoming attitude by staff and all the members. It was fabulous experience. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

The entire property is sooo relaxing with its beautiful colourful ambiance , there are soo ***y plus points as a family solo or friends you could stay there…. Very very friendly staff , keep you comfortable at all time, breakfast simple nice. Worth staying . ***ager Mr Arpit goes beyond to give you comfort, they also have tie up with scooters with fantastic conditions.

Beautiful hotel, tranquil place with great tasting food and helpful staff. For us it was too quiet though. There is not really a focal point to socialise with other people. We had dinner in the hotel on 3 nights and each time we were the only people in the Restaurant. Food tasted good but is twice the price of food in other good restaurants. Perhaps that was why. There was nowhere to go out in the area by foot, a taxi was needed to go out to restaurants or bars etc. A lovely place to be if all you want to do is relax. We did the cooking class run by the hotel. Can highly recommend this as an experience.

A boutique hotel full of character and a well-preserved insight into Goan history. The rooms are all situated around the pool view and come with a private outdoor seating area. The rooms are large and well-equipped, with big bathrooms and storage space. The staff made our stay extra special. From their warm welcome on arrival through until our departure they were focused on making sure we enjoyed the best of Goa. They gave us great restaurant and beach tips to help us explore area. In the restaurant the Head Chef was around at every meal to explain the dishes and very quick to respond to special requests, the food is cooked home style and delicious. We spent two weeks at the hotel and it truly became a home away from home, and we’ll stay again if we return to this part of Goa.

The hotel is fantastic with a convenient location and a set up dating back to 1897. The new building also resembles with the old architecture and looks magnificent. The rooms are cosy and well laid out in terms of space and comfort. The best part of the hotel is the staff behaviour and is so friendly that they deserve a special mention for guest care. They will always do the best for the hotel guests. The not to so good part is the food in the hotel. Breakfast is normal and does not confirm to authenticity in taste or visuals. Dinner was below par and these guys really need to pull up their socks in the area of food. Had very high expectations on food quality and taste but they could not rise up to the occasion.
