I really loved my stay at Jes Guesthouse, stayed there for 10 nights. The upper rooms are spacious and with a lovely balcony, the owners are kind and helpful, the surrounding area was green and peaceful, beautiful beach in 10 minutes walking distance and local bus stop in front of the door. I would come again for sure :)

Never again. So basic with zero service . Stayed 7 days . * Room never cleaned, no clean sheets or pillowcases . Same towel ALL week . * Very little sleep . 3 dogs next door not just barked but howled at anything that moved ALL night * View directly below balcony was horrible corrugated iron house . * Woken one morning by 2 guys banging tiles on roof above me . *Had to switch fridge off at night because it was so loud . * TV not working. * WiFi intermittent. * owner only interested in money Kept asking when I was going to pay * cooking facilities available but he charged my friend 500 rupees each day she cooked fried eggs !!! * fluorescent light flickered for 8 mins before working . He refused to fix it . Could not wait to come home. Horrible place !!!!

Best guest house and the owner is very helpful. Surely a place for if you're looking for a budget yet good guest house stays in South Goa. The local places are amazing, and all necessities are available close by, and the beach is walking distance.

Sadly, the quaintness I was hoping for was covered in dirt. AC didnt work well, other people's hair all over the place especially bathroom floor, layers of dust and cobwebs. I didnt even want to see what was under the bed covers. Very disappointing.

The JES Guest House has been extremely wonderfull, everything has been spot on; a wonderful experience! Everything has been cleaned, and any negative issue has never existed due to a wonderful place! The beach is extremely close and a swim is a wonderful time out on the sand and swimming constantly. There has been a wonderful experience and it works on everything; cleaning, swimming, jogging, dinners, breakfast, and more!

Peaceful environment, clean room/bathroom. Dom is a wonderful host.Walkable distance to beach, bikes and food joints available nearby. Majorda beach is hardly 10 mins away.Pentagon restaurant the best dining area near this homestay, fresh seafood,music etc. We had a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great little guest house , great ***ager all the stuff there, safe, sat tv , air con and so cheep with a great beach, restaurants all around, spent 3 weeks there and loved it
