Everything was great except the loud guests in a room across the hall coming and going and must have been partying. I think they were just young and didn't realize they were waking everyone else up. Haha! We stayed here last year for New Year's and had a good experience so stayed there again this year. Thanks! Great price, comfortable, easy.

It's a typical Quality Inn frequented by a lot of blue-collar workers which is fine but the carpets were a little dirty and it shows signs of wear. The room was nice though, the bed was comfortable but in the morning none of the TV's worked. The lady who worked the breakfast bar was super funny really nice.

From the time I tried to checkin....no one at the desk, and I had to ring the bell for 15 minutes before the staff arrived at the desk, to finding our way down to the basement where our room was located, I really wanted to find another hotel. The hotel was noisy. While our room was clean enough, I was uncomfortable with staying there. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Not a pleasant stay. The hotel is poorly designed, poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. "Breakfast" could have been worse but not much worse.- a lot of these places are accused of using powdered eggs but when the eggs actually have a gritty feel to them, it becomes clear when they really do.

The room was very loud, could hear other guests conversations that did not sound like shouting. Room smelled like possibly cigarette smoke, but didnt have another option, so kept it. Kids were sneezing and coughing after one night.

The bedside light was unplugged and we had to call to get fixed. The other lamp with a plug to charge with was also not working

Great stay! Wonderful property - everything was clean and room was perfect. No issues. Great spot - lots of nearby food options within a short drive. Easy access to I90.
