Due to an unexpected curtailing of a cruise I needed a hotel close to the airport at a decent price and this one fitted the bill. Check in easy. Room on floor 6 was spacious and clean with 2 single beds. TV channels all Italian. You're in Italy so fair enough. Not much round in terms of eateries on foot that I could see so Deliveroo will be your friend. Breakfast not great but it was in with the price so 🤷 Genoa airport is about 150m away so easily walkable which was my main reason for using. Not really close to Genoa centre so will have limited appeal to tourists although there are lovely mountain views to the rear.

This hotel was the perfect location for us - super close (within 2 mins walk) of the train station which was fab as we used Genoa as a base to explore the coastal region. Hotel room was really lovely and clean. We had a large balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. Naturally being central to a city it is noiser with the road outside but we found the shutters very useful to cancel a lot of this out. Breakfast was fine and the 2 restaurants available as part of the hotel (or Savoia next door) were so handy. With the main Savoia restaurant on floor 7 brilliant - incredible food & a far reaching view. I'd highly recommend for a stay if you're in Genoa.

This hotel lies north of Genoa city. Approximately 15-20 minutes of a boredom drive through the gutters of the city. A nice surprise when you see the hotel coming up uphill. Nice and convenient parking behind the hotel. The staff is very very friendly. Check-in' went quick. Elevators are slow. Wi-Fi is adequate. Room coverage is ok. The room itself is clean, basic+ and small-medium sized. Bed is ok, but I think the matrasses could be replaced. There is a modern and spacious gym in the hotel with great Technogym equipment. The breakfast is good to perfect and the staff serving and maintaining it is the best I had since a long time. I had a wonderful (business) stay at this hotel and will return. The even have electric car chargers, which is a plus!

We arrived at late night after a long trip, and we have been welcomed from a really sweet guy who helped us to park our car ,and also offered us a beer .. the room was clean and spacious,the hotel is new and has a stylus and smart concept... we had to stay only 1 night but we extend 1 more nite in order to rest and relax before going back home.. the day after we met elder who seems to be the manager who gave us so many informations on what to see in genova and where to eat proper Italian food .. we felt like home,it wasn’t expected,such a great surprise at the end of our road trip through Europe.. definitely recommended .. we will stay again if we will ever come back to genova.. thanks guys

A renovated hotel of excellent quality located in Corvetto Square, very close to the central Ferrari Square, to the port, to 20 September St. and the historic center. Near the hotel transportation to every place and to the airport. The rooms are comfortable, clean and very beautiful. The hotel itself is very quiet. The breakfast is excellent and rich. The hotel staff at the reception and in the dining room are very kind, attentive and cordial. A place to avoid!!! We booked 48 hours before arrival. As we arrived around at 11PM the receptionist told us they were actually fully booked. they tried unsuccessfully for an hour to find us an other room. So at about midnight we were in Genova with nowhere to sleep. We were not the only ones ! 2 other families where in the same situation that night !!! The receptionist told us it happened often…. So beware if you really need somewhere to sleep find something else! We even called the night before to be sure we could do a late check in and they didn’t tell us anything, didn’t try earlier than 23 pm to find us un other room etc…. Didn’t warn us either !! Mistakes can happen but this was clearly not one ! It happened to them before and they did nothing to fix it ! The best of it is that we are still waiting for the refund! They have really no shame

We stayed for one night in Genoa before our flight the next day. The hotel is located a little away from the main areas and not much amenity around but close to cruise terminals and airport. Check in and particularly check in staff were very good. Rooms was fine with all essentials provided such as basic toiletries, safe, TV. Breakfast was include and had plenty of choices.

A very nice hotel in Downtown Genoa. The place was clean, the morning breakfast was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and we had a great stay! The only thing that was unusual was the room key they gave us was a physical key on a giant weighted keychain. It was a little hard to stuff into the pocket of my pants. . . but we thought the hotel was great!

staff were very helpful and would try to help you on all your queries. hotel was close to the bus stop (#18 to go to city center), and the nearest metro station (dinegro) was about 10-15 mins by foot. but if it is summer, it's really hot and you'll be sweating at the time you reach this station. breakfast was just OK, food was less compared to other novotel hotels i've used in the past. room was not so clean expected of a 4-star hotel (especially the bathroom) - need to improve on this. sink was also not on the expected state, water could be accumulated easily and could take time to be drained. elevator was a nightmare, took forever to have your place. it says 11 person capacity, but could not take more than 5 people. there were only 2 physical elevators, and we've experienced a day that the other one was not working. there is a swimming pool, but not usable in the morning (closed) because according to the front desk, the person with the key comes in the afternoon (let down when you want to spend your morning at the pool). also very small TV (and no hdmi interface) nor apps.

The room is simple and modern. It has an opening french window onto a small balcony. Good desk for writing. Comfortable bed. Well appointed bathroom with shower, bidet, WC etc. WIFI worked well. TV in the room. Apart from the pedestrian street outside, the main shopping area is only 5 minutes away and the start of the old city 10 minutes away. Excellent location. Breakfast was great value at €4.50 per person. Staff were very friendly and I heard the the man on reception speaking fluent English, French and Italian ... maybe more. Very welcome and would suit the young at heart of any age.

Hotel with a 24-hour reception in the city centre next to one of the two waiting stations in the city (Brinole) in an old building on the 5th floor with an elevator. A very elegant staircase in the entrance and very clean and pleasant. Excellent location in 10 minutes walk from Ferrari Square or on any public transport going on the street of September XX (5 minutes). A busy day and quiet evening street with a lot of different shops and a lot of different bus routes, metro, trolleybus and trains to any side of the city (from Voltri to Nervi) and suburbs. The hotel itself has about 20 rooms with different thematic decoration and different degree of equipment. I lived there 2 weeks - a teapot, a fan (in the rooms were air conditioners), a sufficient number of rosetates, high ceilings, a fan, a closet with a mini safe, a coffin, a TV (not used), in the shower a solid and liquid soap and a gel for the shower. The friendly staff (though not all administrators speak English), put me a refrigerator for 2 weeks, although it was not included in the room price. Cleaned rooms every day. With the open window at night, it is a bit noisy because of motorcyclists and garbage cleaning on the street (you can take the berushes). Breakfast is possible, but I did not use the service. No mosquito nets (taken the fumigator). Some guests in the rooms with the balcony go out to smoke, although it is forbidden (draw into the window). There is a pointer in front of the entrance where the hotel is located. And the homephone is working (the instruction is written). The door to the entrance is open (offices work on other floors). The area for life was more liked than the historic center next to the other waiting station (Princhipe) with narrow streets and a strange contingent.

One cannot ask for a better location in Old Town than where this Best Western is! It's very close to the Port, shops, and restaurants - all within the winding old streets of the old town. The room itself was fine - a basic hotel room with all the normal touches. One thing to note - we left our room right at check out (11am) and as we were standing by the elevator, two housekeeping women walked right into our room - as if to make sure we were gone. We've stayed in hundreds of hotels throughout the years and never saw this before. It obviously wasn't personal but I do suggest one leaves promptly or you'll get walked in on...

The hotel's room is fully equipped and tidy, but no disposable toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers are provided, and the room key is very distinctive. The hotel is located near the train station and is still a distance from the city center of Genoa. The breakfast is still very rich. The hotel offers dinner service on the first floor. The price is reasonable and the taste is good.

A good place to host if you are waiting for a flight because it is very close to the international airport of Genova. The hotel is 1km away from the airport, so if you have baggage you will need some transport to the airport and the hotel does not have any transfer. They were very kind, we were going out before 6:00 a.m., they prepared a basket with cookies and yoghurt for us last night. For anyone who wants to walk through Genova I don't recommend because it's a little far away.

A renovated hotel of excellent quality located in Corvetto Square, very close to the central Ferrari Square, to the port, to 20 September St. and the historic center. Near the hotel transportation to every place and to the airport. The rooms are comfortable, clean and very beautiful. The hotel itself is very quiet. The breakfast is excellent and rich. The hotel staff at the reception and in the dining room are very kind, attentive and cordial.
