這就是家毫無誠信，唯利是圖，想宰一個是一個的無良商家經營的LJ店，我是一個人長途自駕遊，箇舊是我在雲南省的第六站州級縣市，之前從未遇到過這樣的人和事，去這家店之前就電話聯繫詢問過是否提供停車位？店方説提供，也不告知是要另外收費的…我是一個人就想在住上省點，就住一搬的賓館，衹要乾淨點就行。我手機平台訂的，是晚上快十點辦理的手續。。因為長途開車比較累就想早點休息，白天開車安全第一！可這家店硬件設施那就不堪入目，衞生不值一提，連個紙巾都無法形容，電視遙控都沒有，網絡更是連結上卻用不了。訂房頁面顯示瓶裝水免費，早上退房要收我錢～我去，想做黑店啊？誰喝不起一瓶水，就是對這種無良**的黑心商家強烈抵制，監管部門要取締這類經營者資格，不僅影響當地營商環境，更是給當地抹黑，拖後腿！早上退房出發卻被但在門口要繳15元停車費……我去，從未遇到過住哪家賓館，除了房費，停車費還要另算。搶錢啊……簡直就是**之極，還説跟賓館是分開的🤮🤮🤮顧客辦理入住的時候怎麼不提醒停車另外收費？看看有多少人會住……不給錢還敢攔着不讓走，我是趕時間出發，付15元給店方。撥打了11零電話，11零説要轉123四五，然後我把事情經過如實訴諸。等待相關監管部門處理結果，説是在45個工作日內……等着後續，我會持續跟進。希望不要有其他更多消費者踩坑！對所有不合理，無良商家説不，堅決抵制這類黑心商家，社會不和諧因素的製造者…

定房間在4樓，安排在2樓，窗子不能關上，衞生間無門，冷啊。前台服務態度惡劣。説我為什麼不定在5、6樓…
圖片忘記拍了。拍了絕對震撼…
我問了打掃衞生的服務員。4樓的房間與2樓的房間不在一個檔次。

入住感特別差，老闆娘（不知道是員工還是老闆娘）態度特別差，辦理入住的時候，我們很客氣的問了能不能安排一間稍微安靜的房間，她立馬説有什麼好選，愛住不住。大過年的還吵了一架，本想退房，衹是礙於長者辛苦陪同來辦理入住，就忍一忍，到了房間後，才發現很糟糕，窗户沒有窗簾，洗澡門是膠布粘上去的，關不了，還説啥24小時熱水，洗澡沒洗幾分鐘就冷了。房間不隔音，隔壁説話能聽得一清二楚。各位朋友慎重入住！
