The hotel has a good environment, free parking, and all the staff have a very good service attitude. The breakfast is self-service and the room is clean. My favorite is his bed, which is very comfortable.

前台小姐姐服務態度好，人也長得好看。
衞生方面也是打掃的很乾凈，下次還會來住。
大廳有香氛機，而且味道不會很刺鼻，很香的味道。

前台男的服務員像個木頭人，房間衞生很差，難以置信是維也納的連鎖店，服務和衞生設施都配不上維也納酒店的品牌

已經掛免打擾牌後還進入房間打掃，因為在免房費問題上存在誤會，我認為免房為免除已定的兩晚住宿，酒店方認為衹免一晚，退房過程中因為此事服務態度極差，強烈懷疑因為看到住户提着行李準備離開，此時酒店老闆指着人鼻子罵****在碰瓷200元一天的房費。已經報警處理，酒店方拒不接受調解且拒不道歉，酒店經理更是放話衹認法院傳票與法院裁定結果，同時嘲諷客人社會經驗不足，並且警方處理過程中還能看到酒店採購食品方面不給商户結錢且商户要錢要到酒店大堂，酒店經理處理問題態度惡劣。

衞生乾淨整潔，房間寬敞明亮，前台帥哥美女服務周到，早餐也是很豐盛呦，餐廳可以點餐夏天不願出去擔心叫外賣不安全的可以直接酒店用餐，非常方便！以後來白溝這邊首選呀
