酒店所處的位置不錯，附近有多路公交可直達贛州站、宋城、博物館等地。酒店的環境和硬件也不錯，房間面積適中，全觸摸型電源操控按鈕使用方便。但酒店有好多細節需要改進：
1.洗澡水不穩定，一會兒燙掉皮、一會兒變冷水，住了三天都調不好。
2.早餐説是7點開始，但7點那會兒還有好多餐食沒有上，差不多要到7點30才上全，其實本來品種也不多，不知道為什麼上那麼慢。
3.屋內設施小故障不斷。第一天608洗臉水龍頭壞、出不了熱水；612電話線不通；第二天505茶水台上的燈不亮。後來連我自己都不好意思反映了，擔心別人覺得自己要求太高。
4.前台幾位小姑娘要麼就是不會笑，要麼就是乾脆像板著臉，求助後效率很低，衹能自己抓到客房服務員解決問題。倒是有兩位大叔級別的非前台工作人員（據説一位是保安隊長）態度很熱情，見到都會主動打招呼，詢問住得是否滿意。

房間長這樣，清潔還可以。冬季出行沒地暖的南方最重要的是空調了，這個可以，暖到有點熱。過年找東西吃很麻煩，酒店有早餐賣，自選的也不錯，一家大小挺滿意，特別點名讚揚前台小姐姐，人很好👌🏻

必須給差評，入住時候在前台等了半天，前面一個人辦理，我們一直在那等，磨磨唧唧的辦事。房間內衞生也一般，杯子也不乾淨。最主要的是退房以後兩天了還沒開過來發票，打電話沒人接，根本聯繫不上。這酒店弄的是真一般，要服務沒服務、要衞生沒衞生。效率不是一般的低。必須給差評！！！以後不會去了。
