衞生環境設施都還可以，唯一缺點就是辦理如家會員了，在會員裏下單兩間房用的都是一個會員衹有本人可以有一份早餐，另外一間房沒有早餐，更可氣的是還收了我有早餐的房費，如果這樣辦理會員有何意義況且會員還是收款辦理的，攜程早餐才197元，真的奇葩搞得我朋友去吃早餐被説不可享用尷尬的很，下次再也不會入住如家了

房間很棒，酒店裝修也很有氛圍。前台小哥和小姐姐人很好，温温柔柔的。就是入住當天，酒店門口的公路在建設，夜裡噪音比較大。除此之外，體驗感特別好！！！！

酒店位置離動車站很近，房間乾淨整潔，工作人員服務熱情，工作需要用電腦，前台積極協助提供，解決燃眉之急，家人生病也幫忙延遲退房，盡顯人性化管理

房間不錯，配套齊全。淋浴下水問題能得到及時解決。旁邊工地正在施工，選背面的房間很安靜。交通方便，離斗門地鐵站很近個，去三坊七巷，上下杭坐1號線都很方便。

房間比預期的要好，服務態度好，環境整潔乾淨，臨近地鐵站附近，交通方便。床夠大，位置夠大，餐廳不錯，九天大堂環境乾淨整潔，小姐姐們熱情大方，衞生也十分乾淨，服務真心不錯！

房間很乾凈，我比較喜歡淺色，正合我意，整體風格比較清新，雖然樓下在修路🚧施工，但一點也不影響休息。沒有在酒店定早餐，不過酒店旁邊的米粉店味道很不錯，很滿意👍
