ニューオタニブランドなので、それなりの期待をしていましたが、残念ながら打ち砕かれました。 ビジネス利用で朝食付きツインタイプに1人で宿泊。 部屋の広さは十分で清潔感はあり、アメニティも充実していました。古さは否めない感じですが、水回りやクローゼット等一部はリニューアルされており、空調も不快さはなく良かったです。 しかし、ベッドのマットレスは安めのモノでしょうか、寝心地は良くありません。周辺にある新しいビジネスホテルの方がよっぽどこだわりのある高品質モノが多いと感じました。 その点については、大きく期待を裏切られてしまいました。 洋食バイキングの朝食は品数がものすごく少なく、本当に残念でした。 *料理のオーダーが出来る点や、味は全般的に合格点ですが、種類が少なすぎるのは驚きを隠せず愕然としました。 朝食会場のスタッフの対応も味気なく、空いていたのに流れ作業的な感じる雑な感じ。ホテルの看板を背負っている意識は微塵も感じられませんでした。 清掃スタッフはすれ違いざまにしっかり立ち止まって挨拶されましたが、遠くに見えてスタッフは横柄な歩き方でダラダラとしていて気分が悪くなりました。 この点についても、周辺の新しいビジネスホテルの方が教育が行き届いている感じがします。 フロントスタッフの方々は、忙しそうでしたがテキパキとしていて不快さはありませんでしたが、一方で暖かさは感じませんでした。 結論、バード、ソフト、値段を勘案すると選びません。 よっぽど安ければまた泊まりたいとは思いますが、積極的にはナシです。 バードは予算の問題もあり簡単には改善出来ませんが、スタッフ教育は幾らでも出来るはずです。 気が付いたら、周辺の競合ホテルや、競合ではないランクのホテルに抜かれていた、、、そんな未来が近いホテルですね。

I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park,and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

This is the most disgusting and despicable thing any hotel management can do is to chase my father off the premises when he was waiting quietly for me downstairs to have breakfast. I am staying with my mother in this hotel and since they’re not together anymore, my father decided to wait for me at the quiet third floor banquet. I was just getting ready to meet my father when the security manager and his team of security threatened my father with Police to arrest him! To which my father replied that his lawyer will sue them for malicious prosecution! Since he was just quietly sitting at the sofa waiting for his son to come down! Not having issues. Eventually, my father removed himself from the hotel but yet; the security manager was physically manhandling my father while at the lobby by grabbing his arm even though he was walking normally! The security manager was just trying to create a scene with my father. DO NOT STAY HERE! These people here are vile and vindictive in their demeanours! Totally unprofessional and have no work ethics! No services from the heart ❤️ They are a total disgrace to the hospitality industry! Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel in services but more like a putrid fish market!

I like old fashion hotels, but this one just feels old. Room was extremely basic, restroom ugly, and pillows uncomfortable. Japanese breakfast was elegant but hard to digests. The buffet breakfast had some options, but still limited. But the worst part is that you need to pay extra usd 22 to use a small gym! I wish I knew earlier… I won’t stay here again. Location is convenient though just walking distance from the station.

We used the superior room with 4 families. It was a semi double bed x 2 + extra bed x 2, but there was a room size and I didn't feel particularly cramped. The meal was finished outside, so there is no restaurant use. It is a new hotel, so it is a comfortable and clean hotel. The Montreal Group also used in Osaka, but I am satisfied with the overall. Not flashy, but no problem with the minimum service, not more than necessary.

I stayed in a single for one night, but the room was compact and not narrow, and the BED was large enough for one person and the sleeping comfort was satisfactory. The location was about the same distance to go to Tenjin and Chushu, so it was convenient to go either way. One thing I was worried about was that the vending machine of 6F was bad and the product did not come out and only the money was sucked, but I told the front desk and asked for a refund, but there was a trouble to go down. Other than that, the price is reasonable and perfect, so I would like to use it next time if I have the opportunity.

Good access within walking distance from Tenjin Station. I was happy with the foot massage and tea service in the lady room. Because the air conditioning was not individual, the temperature was not adjusted by 々 and it was hot. Wi Fi is weak depending on the time zone and is inconvenient to use it at work. At present, breakfast is lunch box in the corona countermeasure, but I was asked whether I could choose the time zone to deliver and the need for warming, and knock the door when I delivered it, and I felt fine. Absolutely loved Lyf Tenjin Fukuoka hotel. The workers were all super friendly and spoke English. Lyf staff were also so helpful when I had any questions, and when I locked myself out of my room haha. The hotel starts on the third floor of the building. The third floor is a coliving area, and has the check-in area, a kitchen, tons of seating (including a balcony), a pool table, laundry room, smoking room, and restrooms. Artwork was also displayed and the style of this whole hotel is just unmatched. It has a lively pop theme that feels comfortable and happy. There's a rooftop bar and a wine bar on the first floor. I'm usually an introvert, but it was so much fun to just chill in there why all these people hung out, kinda felt like being in a college dorm. I was provided with any amenities I could need, which was fantastic because I forgot my hairbrush. I loved the room! Some people said it was too small but I thought it was perfect for one or two people, and it was so cozy. The wall art was brilliant, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice, as well as the shower, and I even liked that the TV had apps. I will definitely be staying again next time I'm in Fukuoka!!!

I stayed with my family this time and wanted to have telework and online meetings at the same time, but it was a little disappointing in facilities. (Recently there are many hotels only wifi) Of course there is wifi here, but I thought the speed of the night used by many guests was unstable? Good time is 30 〜40Mbps, but it seems to be when you suddenly cut 10, and if you are wired, it was stable at 80Mbps, so the wired LAN was able to use it with peace of mind. It was a pity ＊ TV cannot be connected externally. It was good to be confirmed in advance. I was going to use a HDMI cable to connect the TV to a PC or tablet and use it as a monitor, but please be careful because there was no terminal and I couldn't connect it. When staying at a hotel with my family, I often bring a switch and connect to the TV, but I couldn't do it naturally. I have studied this time that we have only stayed at a hotel with a TV that can be connected externally, and that there is a TV that cannot be connected externally even in a new hotel. Please be careful if you are teleworking or if you are trying to connect the game machine.
