Staff are trying to help even they are not good at English. Walking distance to everywhere. Hotel have basically what i need. It has a supermarket nearby with good deal! Lawson, family mart, 7-11 just within 5mins walking! Enjoy my stay!

I like old fashion hotels, but this one just feels old. Room was extremely basic, restroom ugly, and pillows uncomfortable. Japanese breakfast was elegant but hard to digests. The buffet breakfast had some options, but still limited. But the worst part is that you need to pay extra usd 22 to use a small gym! I wish I knew earlier… I won’t stay here again. Location is convenient though just walking distance from the station.

Location is super nice, right in the centre of Canal City which has many shops and good restaurants. The room itself is clean but unfortunately the toilet is a bit small. Also there are no coin washing machines available so might be a bit difficult with the dirty clothes if you are having a longer stay. There is a vending machine for drinks on the same floor as my room so it was really convenient. Staff is very helpful and friendly. A very enjoyable stay for me overall and will definitely come back the next time when I’m in Fukuoka.

My room was clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a plus for my trip. The bed was comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of both Japanese and Western options. The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a short walk from the train and bus stations, which is full of shopping, and restaurants. My overall experience was fantastic. The Oriental Hotel Fukuoka offers a comfortable stay, excellent service, and a unique blend of tradition and modernity. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fukuoka! .

The hotel is a good choice for a short-term stay in Fukuoka. It is very close to the Hakata Station, and is not that far from the International Airport. We found a good cozy-twin room for me and my friend and it was at a cheap price. All necessary amenities are in the room, so you don’t need to take much with you on your trip. The only concern we had was related to daily cleaning services because upon our arrival some of the dirt on the table was not removed.

Since extra beds are not available, we paid to upgrade to the family room type, which has two large and two small beds and four beds. There is also a living room space with an unparalleled wide sea view. Absolutely great value. If it weren't for the fact that I couldn't extend my stay, I would really like to stay here again. This should be the Hilton with the highest standards that I have stayed in besides the star hotel in Hollywood.

It is so convenient and so close to the Hakata JR, the room size is alright and the facility is new and clean. Just walk from the subway and no need to afraid of rains and sunshine. The hotel staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast served is nice.

It is walking distance to the Ni****etsu Yakuin station and Watanabe Dori metro station. Access to food was easy too. The breakfast has a good mixture of Japanese and Western options. It is repetitive but ok for a few days stay. The checkout is by an automated machine so it was very easy.

This capsule hotel is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood near two convenient stores and a metro station less than a 6-minute walk. es and toiletries are included. Including hair products, and hair tools for curling, straightening, and drying hair. Skincare products provided for free, including face wash, and face lotion. Toothpaste, toothbrush, hair brush, razor, slippers, towels (many), hair products provided for free. Overall, a great place, clean and well taken care of. The only point that I don’t like is that you can’t switch on air conditioner during Nov. I can only open the window and it’s bit noisy in the morning.
