First glamping with my husband. Stayed in a luxury cottage. The facilities were new and very clean. I was able to use the indoor kitchen comfortably, but I can't cut the knife. There were forks, spoons, and chopsticks, but no knives. The tableware is only 4 large plates, 4 small plates, 4 glass cups, and 4 enamel cups. Dinner BBQ on the deck was Shuhasco with bread, salad, shrimp and vegetable skewers. Separately, I bought Fujinomiya fried noodles, scallops, sausages, etc. at the supermarket and enjoyed them. Instead of grilling the shrimp, I brought my own pot and made it into a soup with vegetables, and the soup stock was very delicious. Firewood for the bonfire was purchased at a nearby home center. The price at the reception is 1.5 times that of the home center, so I think it depends on the person whether it's expensive or cheap. Breakfast is a hot sandwich with the prepared bread and ingredients. It was delicious with leftover yakisoba from the previous day. One thing that bothered me was the smell of sewage in the kitchen. I was able to spend a relatively comfortable time.

It was my first time to stay here, and I was a little worried because I hadn't seen other reviews before. But I really didn’t expect it. The experience here was completely beyond my expectation! Each small villa is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities. Even the bathrooms are so luxurious, which surprised me. And although the nearby hot spring is not big, it is kept clean and tidy, and the bar next to it is a plus! Every dish at dinner was unique, especially the meltingly tender steak, which made me hooked. Also, the hotel is really close to Mount Fuji. The fresh air in the morning and the authentic breakfast made me feel even more happy. In short, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay this time. The price/performance ratio is really high. I will recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation!

After that, the person returned and had a phone from the front desk and changed the room. The room after the change was also sneaky between the heater and the wall. The sofa, the hair, the toilet water, the hair, the washlet part, the dirty part? It was black. The first room was also, but if you do it to the cleaning corner 々, you will not leave your hair in such a wind. I think it is not only appropriate cleaning. The room smells moldy, and the room clothes in the closet are also moldy. The refrigerator was smelly and I couldn't use it. The mosquito control device on the table is dusty like I haven't touched for a while. It's good because the building is old. The filthy thing will be managed by cleaning? I wanted to check out immediately because I didn't need a refund if there was a hotel nearby. I was despair because I was not empty. I think it would be nice to have a lot of people read this review and reduce the number of people who feel the same. It was a filthy hotel in the hotel I stayed so far. Used in July 2021. When I was looking for a hotel near Kawaguchiko Stellar Theater, I found a Western-style pension with an open-air bath! I made a reservation right away. It's a little far from Kawaguchiko Station, but they provided a shuttle service which was very helpful. I took off my shoes at the entrance and wore slippers indoors. All rooms on the first floor have an open-air bath, and you can only use the private open-air bath if you stay on the second floor. There was a cute bath in the room, but the open-air bath in the spacious and comfortable atmosphere was appealing, and I visited it many times during my stay! I was happy that it was available 24 hours a day. All amenities are available. There was no drink service provided in the room, but it was available in the lobby and you could bring it into your room. You can also purchase plastic bottles at reasonable prices. Alcohol was also on the menu. While relaxing in the open-air bath during the day, I heard a certain artist rehearsing from the Stella Theater, which made me feel happy. This breakfast was exquisite! The salads, dishes, soups, baked bread, fruits, and yogurt were also delicious✨ I was relaxing in the forest, and I was very comforted by the personality of the owner and his wife.

This was my 2nd stay at this property. We were 4 adults and 3 children and this place is perfect. Fully equipped kitchen, awesome utilities, sauna, hot spring tub and plenty of beds. The place is new, so everything is great. We had a water leak, but Rakuten support were quick to change our room. Well located with 2 convenient stores nearby, 2 supermarkets about 10 mins away. Plenty to do in Kawaguchiko.

The new house does not need too much description, my family is very satisfied. Provide services until you disappear from her sight. Since it was my first time to visit Mt. Fuji, I was worried about the cost-effectiveness. Although I regretted it when I first saw it on the roadside, after entering the room until the clerk came out and bowed to say goodbye, I felt lucky for my choice😁 The first worry (leaving the station It’s a bit far and inconvenient to go to scenic spots) It’s not necessary at all. The surrounding facilities are quite complete. There are commercial complexes and buses (green buses) leading to Lake Kawaguchi. Even if you just take a taxi, it won’t cost too much (you go out to relax and unwind). Don’t be too careful with your budget. Besides, the light is at its best around 9 a.m. Don’t delay on the road.) It is recommended to stay for three nights. I happened to encounter the beautiful scenery like the picture below on the second day. I hope you have better luck than me.

The location is a bit off to the side so the price is very reasonable! 900YEN for a taxi ride from Kawaguchiko Station. or you can wait for the Fujisan Retro bus (B blue Line) Stop 67 which will stop at the shopping center Bell next door. But the location is great for me, it is directly opposite Hard Off (I spent 3 hours shopping in there and got many great deals) and next to Kawaguchiko Shopping Center BELL! Earthquake Simulation Center and Fujisan World Heritage Center are just right next doors. The hotel building has two views; one is mountain/lake view I think. However, I got the other view, the FUJI view; an amazing price for a great view! Breakfast is small and basic, catering more towards traditional Japanese breakfast which is just what you need. The drink and coffee machines are amazing good. The soup dispenser is quite unique and very delicious. Welcome Bar is a must! A great way to relax and wind down at the end of each day. Onsen is indoors on the ground/first floor with no windows but quite relaxing. It is next to the laundry room. I used it while I was waiting for the laundry to be done. The laundry here (on Jan 2023) was super cheap, only 200YEN per wash and the dryer is FREE! You can save a lot. The dryer and the washing machine are separate machines which I like them better than the all-in-one washing&drying machine. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Fuji.
