Best Four Star Hotels in Fujairah

The hotel is in a great location, clean and seems more modern and newer than most of Novotel hotels I stayed. Staff very friendly and both check in and out took 5 minutes or less

The hotel is a certain distance from the beach, but the room is not bad. You can see the sea from the window. Fortunately, you can see the sunrise directly. The overall environment of the hotel is OK, clean and tidy, but the room is not equipped with slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, so you have to ask the front desk want. The only bad thing is that the soundproofing is not good. When I sleep, the sound of the car downstairs will be heard (I live on the 12th floor), and the sound of the water pipe is also very loud, there is also the dripping sound of the safe, and the mattress is hard. I didn't sleep well at night and felt dizzy the next day. I can only say that the price is quite cheap, but Ctrip told me Dh455 and I received Dh495 at the store, which is a bit puzzling. The room fee does not include breakfast, and breakfast cannot be reviewed.

The location is good, there is a parking lot (no charge), the transportation is convenient, and it is also suitable for taking children.

Всем добрый день. Мы молодая пара из Томска с ребёнком четырёх лет. Отдыхали в самом начале января на новогодние праздники. Скажу сразу, что не планировали заранее свою поездку, брали горящий тур накануне. Мы прилетели очень поздно и в отеле были в третьем часу ночи. Нас встретили отлично, зарегистрировали и проводили до номера. Когда зашли, то обнаружили сильный запах выкуренных сигарет вперемешку с дымом, по ощущениям - там только что покурили. Я тут же иду на стойку регистрации, объясняю ситуацию и нам меняют номер. Этот номер был почище, отчётливо прослеживался запах очистителя воздуха (освежили перед нами). Мы согласились на него, т.к. сильно устали с дороги и нам хотелось спать. На следующий день к вечеру всё равно в воздухе ощущался небольшой запах дыма от сигарет. Мы особо не принимали это во внимание, думали, что наверное, гостям разрешено курить в номерах. Только на следующее утро нам один мужчина из России сказал, что здесь в отеле есть разделение этажей на курящие и не курящие. Естественно, сразу после завтрака мы пошли просить нам поменять номер. Нам предложили два номера - один для людей с инвалидностью и другой с двумя маленькими кроватями. Оба нам не подходили. Тот который для людей с инвалидностью не подходил из-за ванной комнаты ( не было ни одной полочки, чтобы положить элементарно зубную щётку). Второй не подходил из-за раздельных кроватей ( негде положить ребёнка). Из курящего номера мы съехали, а нормальных номеров из некурящего этажа ещё не было. Нам предложили подождать до обеда, когда гости освободят номер. Так и было. После обеда мы уже получили номер, который нас устроил. В этой истории возмутило не то, что нас заселили в номер для курящих, а больше то, что нам не рассказали о том, что бывают нормальные номера. Это упущение относится и к турагентство (привет ”Хот тур” и ”Библио глобус”), которое для нас бронировали Отель и к самому Отелю. После того, как мы переехали, обнаружили, что все наши вещи пропахли дымом от сигарет из предыдущего номера. Объяснил эту ситуацию на стойке регистрации, попросил воспользоваться прачечной бесплатно - предложили 30% скидку. Не приятно, учитывая стоимость этих услуг в отеле. На самом деле, не стали сильно над этим думать и решили не портить себе отдых этими небольшими неудобствами ( воспользовались прачечной напротив - потратили около 1000 рублей и забыли ). Это пожалуй всё, что было из негативного. Из того, что было странно - не открываются окна. Нет притока свежего воздуха с улицы, только из приточно вытяжной системы (в каждом номере кондиционер). Как следствие, не высыхают вещи после бассейна. В ванной комнате есть струна для сушки одежды, но она находится в ванной, поэтому там тем более наши купальные вещи не сохли. Не хватало также небольших полочек для одежды, типа тумбочек. Также в номере был всего один стул и не было покрывала для кровати ( просили дополнительно простынь и заправляли ею). Is a fantastic hotel, modern design, very good service, you feel look like at home, good gym, with very good view of Fujairah city. All the employees are trained and serves very well. The hotel is new, clean and placed in very good location, many shops beside hotel

Very nice hotel , its located in the middle of all atraction places , you can reach anywhere from the hotel , there is gas station near the hotel you can go by walking , The staff of the hotel are very kind , and the best on is ”sardarov” ... Ask for him , and he will make your stay wonderful

During my recent stay at Concorde Hotel Fujairah, I found the experience to be generally satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The hotel's location, away from the beach, may not suit beachgoers, and the furniture appeared dated. I also encountered issues with a malfunctioning bathtub. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness was well-maintained.
