Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof Frankfurt|0.28km from Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof
We stayed here for one night before we flew out of Frankfurt home to the U.S. I picked it because it was right across the street from the train station (or so someone told me). It's technically not ”right across the street.” You need to cross the street and walk maybe a block, turn left and it's right there, just in case you're like us and dragging luggage with you. There are also taxis that just sit outside the hotel if you ever need one. We are also Bonvoy members and I had enough points so that I could pay cash and points for this hotel. I reserved a junior suite because we needed a room that could accommodate us and our 12-year-old daughter. It is surprisingly difficult to find this in Europe. I called the hotel when I booked the room maybe a month or two in advance to make sure that the junior suite could indeed accommodate us and I was told it would (the pictures of this room on the Bonvoy website are not clear--where exactly in the room is the extra bed? There isn't one. It's a rollaway. This is why I called). When we arrived, there was some confusion or a problem with getting our room with an extra bed, and that's when I reminded them that I specifically called the hotel and asked if such a room could accommodate us and I was told yes. Whatever the problem was, they got it sorted out and we had a rollaway delivered to our room when we got up there. My suggestion is that if you need an extra bed(s) for your kids, call them the day before you arrive to (re)confirm that there will be a rollaway and/or the room you reserved will indeed accommodate your family. The junior suite is not very big, but it was fine for the three of us for one night. It's true that the hotel is not in the nicest area, but you can walk to the Rhine and restaurants. If I were staying more than one night and didn't have to fly out early the next morning, I would have stayed farther in town. The bed was very comfortable. I thought the breakfast was good--at least it was a lot better than the breakfast at the other hotel where we stayed before coming to Frankfurt, lol. The eggs were not rubbery and overcooked, and the food selection was just better overall.

I was here for 1 night on a quick business trip through Frankfurt. The location from the main train station was my initial reason to stay here, and it is very close - just an extra block away from the Le Meridien. Easy walk with luggage from Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof to both hotels. Roomers is very trendy and non-discrete. So much so I guess I was not dressed 'trendy' enough for the door person to help open for me while rolling my luggage into. But I digress. The staff I interacted with were all very nice and friendly, including the front desk and restaurant. I did not have an opportunity to try the bar on this stay. Why I gave this 2-stars is for the room... I was ”upgraded” to a ”quieter room” with my Elite Status, which I appreciated upon check-in. The room itself was fine with very dark interiors and roomy enough for 2 people. There was a place for luggage, desk area and comfortable bed. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of sink space and large shower. There were, however, no USB ports or easily accessible plugs to charge your phone at bedside without moving furniture around. And why I will not stay here ever again is the lack of sleep from the thumping music until 3:30AM in this upgraded ”quiet wing of the hotel”, as well as a very warm room temperature that never seemed to cool down all night. The thermostat said 22, but there was never any cool air coming out so I doubt the A/C was working. And the bass from the music was so strong it was making items on the desk move and create noise until 330AM. Waking up for an 8AM meeting with little sleep, and having to get dressed in a very warm room was not enjoyable. The hallway and lobby were cooler than inside my room. I wanted to like this place, but quality sleep is important to me. So I will try another hotel next visit.

My husband and I are still staying here at this hotel while we visit family all week and we won't be staying here again. Our room has two TV's in it, both of which constantly turn off and restart, or just freeze on a black screen. We asked for help and nothing happened. The weirdest thing is that there are absolutely no movies available to purchase and no capabilities for streaming. Last night we watched a movie in bed on my laptop like we were in college! The TV is not our main priority on our trip, but we were looking forward to watching stuff together in the room on our vacation. Instead we get a choice of CNN, BBC, CNBC, or Bloomberg. I've stayed in motels with movies available to purchase! Just felt really weird to be paying for 6 nights thousands of dollars and no options and NO plugs for charging by the bed. Olivier and Dominick are awesome and thank goodness for them! Oh, and when you arrive with your car there usually is no valet outside...both times we didn't want to leave our car outside unattended but no one came out so we had to go in. My final thing....I had a headache and they didn't have anything, my husband had to walk to the pharmacy. We aren't too lazy to walk but when you are staying at a so-called 5 star hotel and you don't have headache medicine, no streaming capabilities or media selections...Not worth the money! Special shoutout to Olivier and Dominick who are AWESOME!!!

I had read some of alarmist reviews and was a little wary. I needn't have been as cautious as I was. The hotel is in a superb location for accessing public transport being right by the Main Frankfurt station. We arrived before 12 noon but our rooms were ready for us. Having booked a single room I was pleasantly surprised to have a spacious double room. My room was at the front of the hotel so of course if the windows were open it was noisy. I had an issue that the door didn't lock went closed but this was remedied immediately. On another occasion my key card stopped working and again this was swiftly dealt with. In the room were 2 good sized single beds, a 2 seater sofa plus work area and chair. Wardrobe was adequate for a short stay. Tea and coffee making facilities were very welcome. I didn't have anything from the mini bar but the prices were not horrendous (and cheaper than the exhibition centre!!). Toiletries are a soap dispenser at the hand wash basin, shower gel in the shower, small bottles of shampoo, body lotion. The shower cabin is in the room. Always plenty of hot water and strong jets of water (adjustable). Housekeeping was performed daily and was very efficient and good. OK now Saturday night was a little interesting!!! As said this is in a very central location next to the station and opposite there is a hostel for the homeless. I wasn't 100% sure what was going on but there were lots of sirens and police around! Mind you I wouldn't have noticed had I not had the window open! Breakfast. Buffet style mix of hot and cold dishes including bacon, sausage, scrambled and boiled egg, beans, rice, cheeses, cold meats, cereals, yoghurts, tomatoes, cucumber. breads and a toaster. This was the same each day but with the variety offered it would be possible to have different breakfast each day! I mentioned at reception that the plates needed to be warm for the hot choices and the next morning this was done (and the days after). I found all staff to be polite and very helpful. Yes due to the location you do see a very wide variety of life but this adds to the experience! There are some good small shops around for sundries and some cheap and cheerful eating places on the station. All in all a good stay in a central location just 2 stations away from the Frankfurt Messe for main trade exhibitions etc.

From the first moment you're going to get a foot in the hotel you know you'll never forget it and that this trip to Frankfurt will be special. I try to explain it in several points, though I'll always be short: • You forget COVID-19. We were a little scared by the COVID... but as soon as we left the bag in the room, the truth is that it never again became a concern for us. • Collaborative initiatives. I was in a hotel where you were leaving a book and, promoting uninterested collaboration, they asked you to leave something for the next clients. It's a pity that they were women and we were all men, but you're grateful for the additional detail of leaving them there so they were warm. • Exclusive environment. By being surrounded by alter clubs, erotic clothes shops and drug addicts, you can think you'll find the same in the hotel, but that's not the case. You may cross with some prostitute in the reception corridor or you may hear a fight of lovers, but at least in our case, all the people we saw drugs**** were in the steel and never inside the hotel. The lift also doesn't find any mendigo sleeping. • Entertainment proposal. By bet for live action, you have from the room representations of action, terror, social drama, smart and even some pornography with just opening the gardens. I think it's the first time I haven't put the TV or a second. I couldn't say whether I had been remote or if in the program that we didn't see there was something of crime, but it's very likely that I did. • Dermatological care. The coolness of the stay helps to fight ageing and even destroy the sick tissue. All of the rooms, including a small cucumber that accompanys us in the bathroom, we go out with a enviable skin. • Furthermore, in Frankfurt you smoke in the bars, and you must take it into account! I remembered a lot when it was possible in Spain, and when I came home I had to wash my clothes to remove the smell of tobacco. To avoid the logistical complications of washing clothes in the middle of a trip, the scent of the best black tobacco in the 80s accompanies you in your suites by providing your stay with an unexpected vintage touch. The first step is to strengthen the importance of living, and a great conclusion for a weekend trip. I know I am not the only one who, when he returned home on Sunday, loved his family as he had not been for a long time.

The hotel is near Frankfurt Central Station, a five-minute walk away. You can also walk directly from other Frankfurt attractions. However, there is a red light district behind. It is recommended that single girls go around as much as possible. The front desk of the hotel is very good and enthusiastic. The breakfast is very rich and I like their scrambled eggs

I recently stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the discovery of bed bugs on my last day. Despite this issue, I found the overall stay to be acceptable. The breakfast wuthin my expectations, but I believe the reception could improve. Coming back on bed bugs I urge the hotel to prioritise thorough inspections and preventive measures to ensure a pest free environment for guests.

Location: Central Station is left to go left at an intersection, two or three minutes walk, the location is great. The surrounding hotel is a red light district, but it is safe and there are no strange people. Facilities: The space for the six-person room is quite large and a bit noisy. The sheets are removed by themselves. Cleanliness is a bit low, it is recommended to bring your own sleeping bag. The bathroom is great, this time with slippers and bath amenities. Lobby: Free hot water hot coffee throughout the day. There is a seating area on the first floor where you can sit and chat. The front desk is very welcoming. 6 to 8 o'clock every night is happy hour, the store will have a free pizza for everyone. Buy one get one free for the whole drink and order a cocktail of 5.5 Euro. Breakfast: A breakfast for three consecutive nights. There are bread ham and a variety of sauces, and you can make homemade sandwiches. There are also yoghurt and a variety of nut cereals, which can be made into a yogurt bowl. Although 28 euros and 2 euros tax per night is still very expensive, in such a location, it is cheaper in the peers.

It is very convenient to leave a location. I just don't understand why every passenger staying must give a tip of 2 Euro per night. Is the tip not free?

Full marks must be given. The location is excellent, the Central Railway Station is right outside, the subway and bus are also very convenient, and there are supermarkets nearby. The room size is moderate and the hardware facilities are good. The most important thing is that the price is quite affordable and the price/performance ratio is too high. It is probably close to this price in this location in China. Highly recommended, the front desk service attitude is also very good.
