Wasn't a bad place to stay, especially for such a low price. Service was nice and friendly. Room was clean. Not noisy at all. Water temperature and pressure was up to standard. Bed and pillows are comfortable.
10 minutes walking distance to a restaurant plaza.

堂堂一個維也納,還自稱是國際酒店,結果顧客發票開錯了,都不給提供重新開具,不知道高貴在哪裡,各位需要出出差報銷的朋友們,千萬不要定,不然到時候各種卡呢發票,怎麼溝通還不回訊息的,一人溝通的基本禮貌都沒有,直接差評差評差評

高級大床房外面都是放空調外機的平台，很臟亂差，且晚上有噪音，但攜程上並未説明該情況。我凌晨很晚入住，前台服務員説加30元升級房型（還有很多空房間，之前住麗楓酒店在房間不緊張的情況下基本都能免費升級房型）。酒店除了前台看着大氣點，房間其實很老舊，窗簾破舊，馬桶蓋小了不合，移來移去，淋浴花灑放不平，一直往上噴射。衞生一般，晚上脖子上長了痘痘，很癢。第二天退房時拿一瓶水，前台都説沒有，不願意給。服務非常不滿意。

這個酒店真不咋滴，房間小，設施差就不説了，連前台服務態度也不咋滴。最讓人頭疼的是沒早餐，現在居然還有沒有早餐的維也納！無語！居然叫國際，就這條件能和其他國際比嗎？

洗手間的抽風扇故障，沒有排風功能，大門隔音很糟糕，對門講話都能聽到，走廊有人通過或講話聲也能聽到，非常影響睡眠品質
