The facility is old needs updated. Was not aware when booking it was outside entry. Bathroom floor had stains…shower wall had cracks looked like they just let a kid off street try to fix it. The price was good but I guess you get what you pay for…right? Next trip I’ll stay up the street.

upon check in the recepetionist had all the lights out except jst over the desk and felt a bit creepy. He was not personabale or very friendly. I thought I had made a mistake getting rooms there . Much to my surprise the rooms were very nice and clean and as well had full room service and house keeping for our 2 rooms for 2 days. The second day room card did not work went back to the office to solve they solved the issue but not really any responce other than just handing us new ones. Front of house could use some people skills!

Limited breakfast options. Room was clean but remote didn’t work and the bathroom smelled of cigarettes. This hotel is affordable but if you have the option to spend a bit more, DO IT!

There are a lot of insects (I couldn't name them) in the room and in the hallway. And when I raised the question with the front desk, the rep seemed not empathetic at all with no positive attitude and readiness to serve. It's understandable that a problem or two are there, but it's not acceptable that the problem was ignored and understated like that. So I'm very sorry to be straightforward to say I wouldn't choose Quality Inn or recommend it to my friends next time.

All night there were people yelling and screaming outside. Our door didn’t shut completely. Ppl were knocking on our door. Terrible terrible my kids didn’t sleep all night out of fear. The who room had a terrible stinch to it like cigarettes covered up. NEVER AGAIN

Good clean room and cool..it was hot outside but ice maker near our room was broken and had to walk all the way to the front desk to get ice.. just a little inconvenient, but overall very good.
