Helvetia&Bristol Firenze – Starhotels Collezione

Florence Historic Center Florence|0.53km from Central Market
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station. Because Florence SMN is in the old town, it is recommended to take a taxi if you push the box. Between 7 and 9 euros. Always check these hotel reviews, it is too long and too small. Patio room and more. I have to correct it here. First, the hotel belongs to the five-star hotel of LEADING Hotel. Second, the hotel house itself is a historic building. More than two hundred years of history. Third, the hotel was just renovated in 2019. At present, some rooms on Ctrip are not updated. Fourth, the hotel entrance is Lu, the door is Cartier, next to BV, Bulgari, GUCCI. Walk to Republic Square for two minutes. Go to the old bridge of Vignano for ten minutes. Great location. Fifth, the hotel service is really worthy of five stars. Always smile, funny, provide free drinks, the doorman will always take the baggage and send it directly to your room. And carefully introduce the surrounding environment and provide Chinese maps and introductions to Florence. Sixth, the decoration of the hotel is very tasteful. Of course, the paintings and statues seen in a building more than two hundred years old are antiques. And many hotels in Italy and even five-star hotels in Europe are small rooms in historic buildings. The current area in a Baroque building is really small. Eighth, the hotel is a back-shaped building, so the window in the middle room is called the “patio”. If you don’t like it, you should adjust it in advance. Ninth, the toiletries in the room are really luxurious. . And there are slippers and kettles that Chinese people like in the room. Tenth, the towels in the restrooms are all brand new cotton towels. I don't want the kind of towel that has been used for a long time. And the water pipe with a small detail hanging towel is a hot water pipe. It should be specially designed by the hotel. The hot water is very hot. If the clothes are hung on the top, it will be done the next day. The hotel has not made publicity. It will become the net red hotel in the future.

We got the room with a large bed and bunk beds. Service was awesome! They allowed earlier check in because our train arrived to the city before checking, and could arrange very late check out (for a fee, of course), because we had a night train. Everything was great! Very modern amenities, large spaces, clean, working A/C (apparently a luxury), small fridge, coffee machine, nice towels, attentive staff... only drawback could be that it is two flights up, so if might be a challenge. Other than that, this is great! I would certainly return during my next visit. Thank you for everything!

My partner and I spent a weekend in Florence and had an amazing stay here. The accommodation is a short walk from the tram station and the central market with easy access to all the major sites. Our room was clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and well-appointed with a lovely bottle of Chianti awaiting our arrival. The breakfast is extensive with a good range of options and a great choice of good quality products. The host, Celestine, is the kindest, most caring and considerate man you will ever meet who went above and beyond in ensuring that we enjoyed our weekend away. His communication pre-arrival was excellent. He greeted us on arrival and carried our cases up two flights of stairs, and then spent time making some excellent recommendations in terms of restaurants and places to visit on our arrival. I was seriously ill on our last day of our stay and Celestine checked in regularly with my partner sending regular messages to see if I was ok or needed anything. Following the cancellation of our flight back to the UK on the Sunday evening due to the storm, Celestine was extremely helpful in allowing us to keep our room and extend our stay for another night. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking to stay in Florence.

The location of the hotel is very good. It takes less than ten minutes to walk from the train station. It is in an alley with restaurants around. The important sights of Florence can be reached on foot, and the front desk will give you a map and circle the sights with a pen. There is a central market not far from the hotel. The first floor sells condiments and the second floor is full of food. It looks like a domestic snack market, great! The hotel’s breakfast is a bit too simple, a few hard breads, few fruits, and the waiter to help pick up hot drinks feels a bit restrained and dare not pick up too many times. The room is very nice, the bathroom is a bit small, and the shower feels like I can’t turn around.

My husband and I recently had a great 4 night stay at Hotel Globus. Pros: - Location - Right in the middle of the main market and walking distance to pretty much all the tourist spots, lots of food options, and shopping. - Excellent staff - Everyone from the front desk to the cleaners to the cafeteria were so friendly and helpful. My husband and I had an early flight when we checked out and they prepackaged breakfast boxes for us to take to the airport! - Room size - We had the family room so space was more than enough for me and my husband along with our luggage and shopping bags! - Breakfast - The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had everything we wanted. It was so nice to have savory options along with fresh pastries, and the usual breakfast staples. - Clean - Sanitizers we’re available throughout and rooms were also very clean. Cons: - No view - We were on the main floor and there was a storage right outside our main window so we actually had to keep our blinds closed pretty often because we would see people coming in and out of storage. Overall, I would stay again and recommend Hotel Globus!

It is less than 10 minutes' walk from the railway station and 5 minutes' walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. It is a homestay. Each room is named according to a different color. A password is required to enter and exit. Breakfast is included. There is no elevator. Check-in experience is still great

The hotel goes out to the train station for 7 minutes, and there is no need to worry about taking the train. The hotel is very clean, there are many types of breakfast, and the taste is good. The waiter helped to send the luggage to the room, thinking about whether to tip, and the waiter went out. The only downside is that there are no slippers! City tax is 4 euros/day, checkout is paid, you can pay in cash.
