The breakfast is good, and many options to choose from. The indoor swimming pool is friendly for all ages, I enjoyed the plate of fruits given to us throughout our stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Lastly, the rooms are amazing.

The hotel environment is very good, the service attitude is good. At present, the flow of people is not large. 不好的地方:清明節開車一個多小時去到，結果被告知遊樂場沒開，鬱悶死了
好的地方:裝修豪華，價格公道，性價比絕對高
旁邊運動中心，別人在**買的套票，可以去玩，我沒買，鑒於人少，小姐姐也讓我進去玩了，很開心
服務好，一會拿浴缸的膜，一會牙刷一會拖鞋一會礦泉水，店員不嫌我煩，服務態度超級好

沒有恆大的時候熱鬧了，人氣不行，定的700多湖景房間被安排成3樓的樹景房，房間毛巾掉毛嚴重。整體感覺比之前恆大差太多了。

帶家人過來入住酒店的，酒店整體很好，寶寶很喜歡這邊酒店，前台入住很快，大堂裏就有個簡單的沙池和積木桌可以讓孩子玩。西餐廳早餐品種豐富，菜品選擇比較多，食品很新鮮，餐廳服務很熱情，餐廳有引領入座，餐廳有專門寶寶餐具提供很方便，餐廳用餐氛圍很好，餐廳空調温度很適應小朋友。下次還會帶家人過來。中餐廳菜品也不錯。親子房間的佈置孩子很喜歡。酒店預售套餐性價比高。

很滿意的一次親子出遊
酒店雖然不是新裝修的，但房間大、有陽台、設施齊備，看得出當初是衝著豪華型裝修的，細節都不錯。
服務也很好，因為房間和運動中心、飲食中心、娛樂中心分別在不同樓棟，雖説不遠，但天氣熱，大堂門口有電瓶車，可以往來接送。
適合小朋友的：游泳、運動中心二樓的飛鏢、沙壺球等小項目；
娛樂中心的小童樂園，很大，足夠玩。
傍晚到樓下散步，太陽要落山了，暑氣很快退去，看到很美的晚霞。

衞生：很差，邊角都很臟，房間沙發和床尾凳上大片污漬，杯子勺子都很臟
設施：差，衞生間沒有護髮素，兩個牙具包裝都不一樣，客房服務和總枱電話永遠都打不通，第一次見拖鞋不是一次性的酒店，都破了開線了根本穿不了
飲食：周邊太荒點不了外賣，酒店中餐廳非常貴（一份土雞238）關鍵還巨難吃，服務很差，上菜慢。早餐花樣少，連果汁都沒有
服務態度：酒店前台還不錯，客房服務和餐廳服務為0
總體感覺就是個又臟又破的老酒店，完全不值這個價，真的不如普通連鎖的三星酒店的各個方面。避雷，大冤種絕對不會再來了。
