First off I stayed there for about a week. On the first night the wifi was out, the front desk told me to wait a bit. The next night still no wifi and the front desk employees laughed me off and told me to use my phone or go buy a hot spot, adding that my room just didn’t and wouldn’t have wifi. The tub wouldn’t hold water, and it was tub that had jets. When you turned on the shower the majority to water would continue to run down the tub and very little made it to the shower nozzle. The water pressure was terrible due to that that. The cold water handle came off in my hand when I tried to turn on some cold water. It just popped off and the front desk never came or sent someone to fix it. The room was freezing and the heater in the room wouldn’t work. It was 30 degrees at night. They were also not following fire code and it made me feel uncomfortable. Just poor management all around. The walls were super thin, all rooms overlook the indoor pool and we would hear people in the pool, hallways or in the rooms next to us like they were besides us.
