Good points: very clean hotel, very well located because eccentric higher in the mountains, simple breakfast and little variety but very bad damage the cook not gracious or pleasant, Negative points: no parking space in front of the hotel After 8 pm forced to park on a parking lot down the village and all back on foot! Very noisy hotel impossible to sleep in the morning after 6 pm when we chose it for altitude and calm! In short what saves it is the beautiful ballad quad with a staff member very serious competent and nice that made us discover a beautiful environment thanks to him!

Arrived early April for late ski trip through smaller operator. Nightmare start as Arinsal closed slopes the day we arrived! The hotel was great, check in easy, nice first floor room all clean, modern comfy big beds, little balcony and everything you need. The restaurant was great, we were half board, breakfasts covered most options including crepes cooked to order. Dinner was plentiful, nice choices, salads, grilled meats, stews and nice cheese and mrar platters. Only gripe would be no drinks included at dinner so everything chargeable including water. Downstairs loads of pool tables, games and a bar. Give the b kids a few euros and enjoy 4 euro pints of Estrella while they play! Our departure was early in the morning and they insisted on having a packed breakfast for us to take with us. Biggest bonus was we had to take buses to Ordino Arcalis to ski. First stop was this hotel and always stopped on the way back. Lovely, friendly, hotel. Ramon in the restaurant was brilliant and made a real fuss of our son. The reception team relaxed and accommodating. Good value hotel, and would be brilliantly located if we were able to ski at Arinsal.

The hotel is the last hotel before reaching the rivers of the Ordino-Arcalis ski station. The rooms are not very large, but are more than enough for a couple to stay comfortable, have safe box and WiFi access to the Internet with a good signal and stable. Went to Andorra for a school skiing trip. The hotel was more than fine for a school trip, however, most people we met were racist towards my black, Indian and Pakistani friends. The locals shouted the n-word and the p-word most times we went into the town, and on the gondolas going to the ski resort, the workers there targeted my group and wouldn’t let us on the gondolas and gave us an extremely hard time. They tried to find any reason to kick us out and they even tried to have a few of us arrested! On our last night, we had local kids throwing rocks at our windows and threatening to come to our rooms. They had access to the hotel because they were allowed to use the games room on the bottom floor. We had to call the police and they couldn’t do much about it apart from take their ID’s.

We spent a very good day , the hotel near the center , very comfortable bed, generally quite good

I stayed here with two friends on a last minute ski break and cannot fault it. We each had our own room. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a comfortable double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was good, with a bath and shower - always plenty of hot water. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was pleasant, with breakfast consisting of a buffet of eggs, pancakes, fruit, pastries and cereal etc. The evening meals were very nice, consisting of a salad/soup buffet starter followed by a main course and dessert picked from a menu. There were three main meal choices on the menu, and in addition there was a vegetarian option. Two of us in my group are vegetarians and enjoyed what was on offer. The hotel is in a great location in the resort, only a few minutes walk (uphill on the way back) from the gondola and the bars etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend this very well priced hotel, and Arinsal in general.

Ich war im Rahmen einer organisierten Reise für eine Woche in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder an der Bar. Das Essen ist in Ordnung. Aber auch nichts besonderes. Weder beim Frühstück noch beim Abendessen gibt es viel Abwechslung. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und sehr sehr dunkel. Steckdosen sind Mangelware und am Bett überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Das Bett an sich war aber bequem. Der Safe kostenlos nutzbar. Kühlschrank vorhanden. Der große Pluspunkt des Hotels ist die Lage. Man kann von hier problemlos schnell die Einkaufsstraße, das Thermalbad Caldea und auch Supermärkte erreichen. Auch Wanderungen lassen sich von hier zu den Aussichtspunkten über der Stadt starten.
