Motel 6 El Paso, TX - Southeast

The room looked like it was under construction. No towels in the room. The curtains were falling down!! The floor was dirty with what looked like dog hair and food! There was red polish or lipstick all over the restroom floor, there was no where to hang out clothes. There was used soap in the bathroom! The room smelled like a whole container of bleach was poured in there. There were at least three dogs in the room next to us that kept barking all night long!! And last as you came out of the room it looked like the lobby hall way had not been vacuumed in a while. Also looked like the manager or assistant manager sleeps there bc she looked all dingy and was at the front in pajamas and smelled like smoke!!

Bed was clean. Furniture looks beat up and outdated. Hallways are dirty. Elevator had issues . Staff had to reset the elevator numerous times. Staff was friendly. Price was cheap but it still wasn’t worth it

Do you have a choice for a week

At the check-in, seeing the broken elevator sign, smelling the food that people cooked inside the property and the cigarette's smoke plus the old condition and the dirtiness in lobby, I sensed that I was in the wrong place, Because of the unbearable smoke of cigarette, I requested to check out for a refund but my request was rejected. instead, the hotel staff moved me to another room on the first floor but the condition was not much different than the previous one such as old, dirty, smell, unsafe, broken toilet and bathtub faucet. I was stuck and decided rest for a couple of hours before I got back on the road very early in the next morning. Within an hour, the electricity of the hotel was out and it was out for at least an hour. Got locked out of my room when I rushed out to check with the front desk and the front desk receptionist did not have a key to let me get back into my room. SHE WAS SUPPER RUDE! It was hell but I could not grab my stuffs to run away from the hotel. This ordeal still frightens me til this day.

Hotel is non functional, no elevator, dirty hallways, door was not able to open with key. We needed a place to stay after ER visit. We were unable to sleep due to so much activity and loud people in and out of the room

Couldn't find it, drove away several times, called no answer, found another motel 6, they called no answer. FINALLY STAYED A ANOTHER MOTEL 6.

Horrible. I've traveled for over 35 years, staying in upper to lower tier hotels and motels. As a lower-tier motel, I don't expect much from a Motel 6. However, when there are stains on the carpet walking to the room, trash strewn on the floor in the hallway, and dirty, stained doors, I became concerned. Then, I enter the room. I see the word "F..." written on the wall, don't have a TV remote, see stains on the bed and loveseat, chips on the table and countertops, the toilet paper dispenser was missing, some parts of the walls were patched up, and the room stayed cold even though the heater was set to 80 degrees. I was too uncomfortable to take a shower and there was no way I was going to take advantage of the breakfast and coffee. Come on Motel 6. Again, I get that it's a lower-tier motel, but have some standards. I suggest you send someone from corporate to check out this property. Maybe my room (rm 200) was the exception, but I'd bet it wasn't. WORST STAY EVER.

check in was supposed to be after 3 but room was ready until 6pm. nothing like the pictures but very affordable so i guess i got what i paid for. never booking here again. if your just spending the night it’s alright but definitely not for more than two night stays.

It was horrible i didn’t even stay there as soon as I looked at the room my son and I left. The bed had no bedspread, the facility was dirty and it was cigarette burns all over the bathroom and Mold was also in the bathroom. The facility has an elevator and the elevator doesn’t work. We had to walk all the way up to the third floor and as soon as we seen the room we left
