The room was not clean …. The spa bath was not as clean, the curtain of the spa bath had white stuff on it… the rubbish bin in the toilet had rubbish from previous people stayed in the room…..

Service on arrival was very good even though reception was closing earlier than normal. Room appeared clean, but soon became obvious it wasn't - large stains on the carpet, cobwebs in the corners. Bathroom was especially bad with previously installed old grout still over the floor surfaces, fresh paint had been applied over rough walls some time ago, dirt in all the corners and a shower curtain covered with algae. As reception was unattended there was no one to complain to so we were stuck as we had paid prior to arrival and it was non-refundable. I would not reccomend to anyone as there are so many choices in Echuca - don't be fooled by the photos on Wotif as I was!

The staff were very friendly and it was a good place to stay but it could do with a few little things to make it better. There were no fly screens on the windows and creatures could crawl in but you had to open the windows to stop the room getting stuffy, also the curtains need the occasional cleaning, apart from that it was quite pleasant and I would stay again

Average property with a lot to be done. Just see it as a place to lay your head, a hot shower and close to town. Just a motel barely ticking the box. Even the complimentary UHT milk was months past the ‘best before ‘ date.
