The price is a bit expensive for this area, but free parking is included. The hotel's dining is good. The location is also very good, right in the central area.
The surrounding environment is good, and there is a pretty good Thai restaurant opposite.

It was a beautiful property very nice accommodation. However no cleaning service and was not told that there wasn’t going to be. Otherwise we would stay again

Perfect location for attending a concert at The Pablo Center. Short walking distance, beautiful downtown location. Beautiful rooms, comfy bed and pillows! Very clean, quiet. 2nd time staying here, love the hotel!

Check in/out super easy. Staff were great! The ECDC coffee shop is convenient and a go to for coffee and a treat!
We had a show to go to at the Pablo Center. Quick walk to the show from here.
Room was clean and nice size. Bathroom clean and good water pressure. The one thing was that the bed was not quite firm enough. Personally a firmer mattress would have been nice. Plenty of pillows and crisp clean sheets.
Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here several times. This time room was above an A/C fan on a roof outside window that wasn’t working and clicked on and off every 30 seconds all night. Still a great location for downtown.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, the Informist restaurant being within the hotel along with the dive bar was a huge plus!
