We had a wonderful time staying at Mount Qingcheng Grand Hotel as a family. The service was outstanding and the staff were really lovely especially with our 6 and 1 year old kids. Our apartment was nicely decorated and really comfortable. The breakfast was the highlight each day, very good selection and quality. They had a lot of activities planned for the kids and our kids enjoed their time there. The Location is also perfect to to trips to the nearby Panda research base and Mount Qingcheng We definetly going to come again.

Because we were going to Qingcheng Mountain, we randomly chose a high-end B&B. Unexpectedly, it gave us an unexpected surprise. It's very beautiful. The room has an independent garden courtyard and is full of design. There are deck chairs in the courtyard. You can sit on them and rock around all afternoon. The sun is warm and it gives you a different feeling. After check-in, we were also thoughtfully provided with afternoon tea and good night milk. At night, take a bath in the hot spring in the room to relax your body and mind. Unexpectedly, there is a large grassland connected to a river and green woods behind the hotel, which makes breathing feel particularly comfortable. The atmosphere is full, suitable for relaxing and experiencing it.

When I checked in, I found that one of the curtains had been replaced, and they were immediately repaired and replaced. At the same time, some snacks and drinks were given as compensation, which gave me a thumbs up for the timely response to the service. The hotel is located deep in the mountains, winding all the way up the mountain. The environment is very peaceful and suitable for daze.

Before checking in, I actually hesitated for a long time. Because my original itinerary was to go to Dujiangyan, I was thinking about whether to go back to the city or choose Yinmachuan after leaving Dujiangyan at night. Fortunately, I chose Yinmachuan. It takes 35 minutes to drive from Dujiangyan. It is the off-season at the end of March and there are very few guests in the hotel. Xiao Xie at the front desk specially upgraded our room to a small courtyard. The temperature is ten or twenty degrees. It is so comfortable to soak in the hot spring in the courtyard. . The room is very clean. I have very high requirements for hotel hygiene. This stay can fully meet my needs. The bed is super big and has enough space to sleep with a baby. The entire hotel really gives people a sense of tranquility in the mountains and forests, and the entire design has a very Japanese feel. The winding paths lead to secluded places, with birds chirping and flowers fragrant. When used here in Yinmachuan, it is no exaggeration at all. The hotel has free kimono and Hanfu, but I didn’t wear them. I took my baby to see the sika deer, and my wife wore a kimono and took pictures. It was originally a one-night trip, but because of this unexpected surprise, I did not hesitate to stay an extra day. In addition to the hotel's hardware, what surprised us was the hotel's service. Service is the most important criterion that determines the quality of a hotel. Thanks to Xiao Xie at the front desk. We wanted to drive to buy instant noodles at night, and Xiao Xie offered to buy them for us. This was really touching. I feel your hard work and I will come back again.

Sofia truly understand what good service is about, she always often appears when we need help, like when we were getting late for our taxi, she shows up with a golf cart pick us up, like help us move all our luggages while we were outside enjoy the nature walk in Qingcheng Mountain; and delight us with thoughtful surprises, like make a delicious cheese cake appears in our room, with all fruits my wife like and exact salty level I love for a cheese cake. They say good servers are invisible, then great server leave a sparkle impression in our memory. I’ve never had a butler before, in fact, both me and my wife are very autonomous person, we were both a bit uncomfortable about the idea having a stranger take care things for us, however Sofia’s butler service is a great introduction to both of us, and we enjoyed the experience, and we’ve learned how to make the best of a short period of vacation time by delegating tasks to our service provider. Thank you Sofia.
