I have stayed here before in a river view room and thought the environment was okay. This time I wanted to take a lunch break and booked an hourly room. The room was so different. The room environment was so different from the lobby. After washing, the bed was hard when I lay down. It took more than ten minutes to apply. They told me that I would not be refunded for using slippers and towels, so forget it, but I won’t go there next time. I booked a reservation at the nearby St. Bailey’s for over 100 yuan, and the environment is much better.

Very good hotel environment and spacious. The facilities are great with big swimming pool and gym room. I got a free afternoon tea which is nice and you can feel like you are staying in foreign country for vacation. Location is easily accessible with lots of parking area. Recommended to couples or families stay. One things need to be improved will be the breakfast buffet (inclusive) is fair but not many variety. However, overall experience is excellent.

Rebecca and Naomi gave us excellent customer service at the front desk. Helped with taxis, COVID-19 tests, and overall everything and anything about the resort and hotel. We enjoyed our stay here because of the service this hotel gave us. “Foreigners” friendly and staff do speak English for visitors convenience. We enjoyed the big swimming pool. Swimming pool was and is family, couples, adults and children-friendly. Plenty of lifeguards around to assist and take care of swimmers. A few floaters and volleyball space to enjoy in the pool. Great hotel and a stone throw away from the city centre and buzzing nightlife clubs and pubs. Between 10-15 mins drive. See you next time.

We just checked out today. The service of the hotel is excellent. The staff are really good in particular Will, the receptionist who is so responsive and helpful to take care of our requests. The navigation to the hotel lobby is accurate. If you drive by car, you have to pass the lobby about 30 meters and turn right before entering the underground garage. There will be someone to guide you when parking. Check-in at the front desk was quick. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel environment is quiet.
