The service is pretty good, the housekeeping lady is also very polite, and check-in and check-out are quick. There is no deposit required now, which is very good. It is relatively clean and very close to the pedestrian street. There are many restaurants, KTV, supermarkets, etc. nearby, which are all very good.

衞生確實很一般，洗手枱縫隙裏很臟，這個能理解，這裏以前是另一家酒店，後來被維也納收了，沒有重新裝修，
我是11點左右入住，入住後，檢查房間，發現馬桶沖水很慢，應該是堵了，就馬上打電話通知了前台，有人來捅馬桶，沒有換房，約5分鐘，説好了，早上發現馬桶根本沒好，我站在那裡沖了半個小時，才勉強沖乾淨，早上7點30分左右，我到前台告知了情況，他們説馬上處理，然後我離開了兩個小時，上午11點多用馬桶，發現還是堵的，我選擇了退房，退房時，再次向前台告知了這件事，前台説，他們領導不在，會通知領導，一天之內給我回復，截止到選擇，兩天過去了，也沒有收到任何回覆。
