the hotel is very clean and latest one. the robby is absolutely wide also high and chairs are very cozy. the elevator has very cool air-conditioning, usually other hotels hasn't good air-conditioning system in the elevator. but one thing bad is very noisy during night from many big containers trucks passing the road near the hotel. all employees are very nice.

The restaurant is good. There is a lot to eat. I can't see the service at the front desk. I can't say it's bad or good. It's not warm and cold. The room is very clean. I don't know if it's nose hair or eyelashes on the coffee cup. It sticks to the top and looks very disgusting. One look at it makes me want to make coffee and drink it directly. I feel like vomiting just thinking about it. It’s very bad. I seriously doubt that the previous person who stayed there didn’t change the cup. It was a terrible experience and left me feeling sad.

The newly renovated hotel is clean and simple. The sleeping experience with high and low pillows and beds is also very good. When checking out, I asked if I need bottled water. Overall, it is a hotel I will stay at again.

Wow wow wow! The newly opened hotel is very high-end!
I have a very good hotel experience. Parking is convenient. The lobby is modern and nice. The service is very good. The bedding is very comfortable. I purchased the same pillows when I left the hotel. I will stay here again next time I come to Chang'an for a business trip. I recommend it [bad laugh]
