設施老化，浴缸有破損，地面積水，昨天晚上開始就聽見浴缸上方有聲響，今天早上9點睡夢中被聲音驚醒，起床看見浴缸上方吊頂掉下來，空調打開的瞬間有水灑出

環境：在放浴缸的旁邊是一整牆的窗户，然後加百合窗簾，窗簾設備老化，私隱保護差
服務：早上過去的，前台服務差，我們看見圖片上是有圓型浴缸，想換房，第一次的房間是長方形浴缸，要求跟換後還是長方形浴缸，當時前台沒有解釋以及説明，什麼話也沒有説

酒店地理位置優越。交通便捷。停車免費。車位不太多。價格實惠經濟型。美中不足的就是房間門縫好大。隔音效果不好。房間裡外的人説話如同對面一樣。這點有待改善。很多更優惠的房型沒有窗户個人認為不是首選。
