The staff at the reception are very courteous and kind. And very helpful when approached… The staff at the breakfast area are very patient and helpful… although they don’t know English but they were extremely polite as I was a bit upset initially. But they ensure that I got the breakfast of my choice. Am so grateful and thankful to the ladies at the breakfast area and also the cook and the gentleman who attended me… Really thankful for their kind gesture and patience..I will surely recommend this hotel 👍🏻👌🏻👍🏻

During the Chinese New Year, I went on a trip with a few friends with my baby. My friend recommended Yinxian Villa. It has a beautiful environment and fresh air. It is a very good place to relax. The facilities and services in the villa are pretty good, and there are many people celebrating the New Year and it’s very lively. There are many mobile games that children can play, and there are many interesting New Year activities, which made us have a very enjoyable holiday. Generally speaking, it is suitable for bringing children and family outings, and will recommend it to colleagues and friends.

Booked three rooms for New Year’s family reunion. Two of the room adjoining, third room across the hall from the two adjoining rooms. Hotel centrally located in the town center, easily accessible to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Breakfast was adequate with mostly Chinese cuisine.

There is no service at the front desk, the smile is lacking and the words are sarcastic. The KTV on the 3rd floor and the 5th floor were noisy until three or four in the morning, so I couldn't sleep at all. There is no soundproofing at all. Very bad experience.
