Very good hotel environment and spacious. The facilities are great with big swimming pool and gym room. I got a free afternoon tea which is nice and you can feel like you are staying in foreign country for vacation. Location is easily accessible with lots of parking area. Recommended to couples or families stay. One things need to be improved will be the breakfast buffet (inclusive) is fair but not many variety. However, overall experience is excellent.

The impression I gave me on the first day before I checked in was still good. There were some guidelines. After I checked in, the balcony in the room was not cleaned and there were footprints. The backrest on the bedside and the hair was not cleaned. I took the paper down after I checked in. When I checked in, the sound of decoration was particularly noisy. It was about 6 pm and it was not renovated. Since it was a car, I parked in their designated parking lot about 1,200 meters away from the hotel. When I was going out the next day, I had already reported the license plate in advance. The staff told me that I had to leave the scene within 10 minutes and walked a few steps faster. I was stuck for 5 or 6 minutes because the pole was not lifted. (During the period, I repeatedly reversed to identify the license plate number). I blame me for not saying clearly that it is a car. (I booked a homestay and could be a few cars) I thought I was two cars and had to charge my parking fee for the second car. I charged me 8.5 parking fee before letting me out (anxious to take classes) otherwise this 8.5 couldn't be given, in short, it was an unpleasant stay experience.
