入住效率很低，排隊半天辦不好。電梯特別難等，帶娃在3樓等電梯，居然十幾分鐘上不去。客房服務差，才9點多就敲門要進來打掃。這酒店真是夠了，強烈不推薦來這個地方玩。

據説東方市最好的酒店了，衹能説東方市急需建設一個好酒店。
硬件設施其實還行，但是不合理的地方很多。比如
1.房間內沒有辦公的地方，沒有書桌和椅子。讓來出差的我衹能坐在喝茶的小桌上辦公。
2. 洗手間有個放大的鏡子好評，但是燈實在不亮，所以其實也沒很有用。
3. 電梯太少，入住了九天，每天下樓等電梯都需要5分鐘以上，這一點住客應該都體會到了。尤其是有培訓活動入住的人多的時候，都是爬樓梯的。
4. 早餐時段餐廳門口總是擠了一堆人（像照片裏一樣），因為需要一個一個驗房卡，很沒有效率。9天早餐種類都完全沒變，到後來就不想吃了。
5. 和同事一起訂的房一起辦的入住，結果他（外國人）被升級了房型。問了前台説是剛好那間有空…然後給我也升級了…好吧。然後提出不用打掃，隔了一天也還是有人打掃…衹能説前台培訓有待提高吧。

房間真是小，居然還是當地最貴的，早餐種類也不是很多。定的豪華大床房，説是有35平，但是進到房間就發現轉不開身。不推荐居住。

我定的海灣房，沒有海就算了，得有點私隱吧？你這個房間跟後面小區有一棟樓離得超級近，廣場舞6點多開始跳到9點多，不止一攤，還有人在教跳舞大聲的喊拍子，然後有人鼓掌，一直到11點10分終於安靜了。你房間的空間都浪費在造型上了，顯得特別緊湊。酒店位置非常尷尬，周圍什麼都沒有。還有你這一大堆價目表跟快捷酒店一樣，不明白你這四鑽是怎麼回事。衹能説你酒店在這邊還是挺大的，因為你位置偏啊！！！海南環島遊的最差酒店。

酒店整體確實很不錯不管是服務態度還是設施設備都特別好，酒店前台服務員個個都特別友善，特別熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。酒店就在市中心出門逛街遊玩也特別方便，附近也特別多海域適合拍照，房間衞生整潔。強烈可以推薦選擇傲玥麗呈酒店，我下次還會選擇的

入住的時候竟然找不到訂單。説明對預售套餐使用培訓不到位。房間有股黴黴的味道。看評價説小童也要被➕早餐費果然是真的。關鍵早餐真的不怎麼好。加的也不開心哦。早餐那裡那位服務態度也不好。就更不開心。退房時候發現有忘帶的衣服，提醒了。點贊👍

東方傲玥麗呈酒店是性價比很高的酒店！感謝貴店為我們二位上海老年人住客免費升級高樓層行政房，可以眺望遠方的大海。客房大且整潔衞生，設施齊全乾濕分離。貴店前台客服和迎賓人員都非常熱情好客，點贊茶餐廳的符主管和蘇小姐等工作人員為我們多次熱情服務，菜品做工精細味道很好，就餐環境非常典雅，我們住了二晚，深有體會賓至如歸感覺！

房間整體還不錯 一些細節處 比如衞生間的門、馬桶蓋的設計都不夠周到
屋裡設施基本齊全
酒店環境還可以，最大槽點在電梯，春節高峯期老是電梯壞了，真的很無語，這個電梯效率都不急經濟型酒店
酒店工作人員服務還是挺客氣的
選擇這個酒店主要是為了方便第二天早上去3樓餐廳喝早茶，餐廳味道很好，就是服務跟不上
如果電梯難問題不解決 不會再住這個酒店了
